It's hard to say but if I were to take a guess, on the days with the most "Turtling" it may shrink down to about 3" (as opposed to 2.5"). This is a guess and I'm sure it varies penis to penis. The smallest I can retract and shrink is probably about 4.5X5.5, when my Flaccid gets under 5in, the Girth becomes more pronounced and bulbous which is why the Girth is larger there, while in between soft and hard it can get thinner. Before PMMA, I think I could retract considerably when cold, probably to 2.5/3x4in. That being said in the first 48 hours you need to be vigilant while the PMMA "sets". @green when I was preop I used to shrink down to 0". Sometimes my Dick would actually go inside my body. After 2 rounds it never goes less than 3.5 inches. Hope that helps.
