To be honest, I feel like I have a really decent looking penis, so my only concern is better satisfaction for my partner and me. I'm 7-7.5" in length Erect, but i'm at a pretty ridiculous circumference for that length, something like 3.5-4.0". So what is typical with widening? Is the increased Girth going to be something that my partner significantly feels a difference in during sex? And will I feel the difference? Or should i expect perhaps a partial DROP in my own sensation because of surgery? That would be a bummer because i feel like a lot of my sexual performance rides on my ability to feel exactly what i'm doing down there. I suggest you read everything you can on this site as carefully as possible. When I made the decision to have this surgery, I ignored a lot of more informed opinions than my own. I did suffer a loss of sensation and it never fully returned. I take a lot longer to cum these days that's for sure. I wasn't that bothered though as I was just pleased to have a bigger penis. I saw it as a trade off. However, 2 years on from my surgery, my graft is starting to deteriorate, which is causing my penis to bend. So, I've lost feeling, have a bend and have only gained 1cm in Girth. Also I had an infection post op and this was one of the most stressful periods of my life. For some reason it's hard to find threads that focus on the change in sexual pleasure rather than the dimensions of the penis and i'm way more interested in the former (for both partners). john, i'll look more into PMMA. Belladerm is attractive because of how permanent it is supposed to be, but i'd rather have something done intermittently if it's markedly safer. About how often do you expect to have to go back for maintenance injections? Although i'm sure that can vary from patient to patient.
