They don't use 20% anymore due to speculation that it could be causing lumps/bumps/nodules thus the migration to factory supplied concentrations of 2%, 10% and 30%.

Right Miracle. I only got large clumps from 20% and not from 10% or 30%. If this is any reference it was a wise decision. I don't know if we'll ever know why, but it seems to have been a trend.
