TOPIC: Hanging to the left in TJ

So it's been 26 days post round 1 here's the good and the bad.

The good news is my wife definitely likes the new unit. We are having sex more which is nice because it helps out other parts of our relationship. She finally admitted that she didn't want to tell me how much she likes the new one because she didn't want me to think she didn't like the old one. Haha, she's a good women....but she does like the thicker me better . I'm at 4.6" EG now, a gain of about .85".

The bad news is the very poor aesthetics. I have all kinds of issues. Hard ring around the circ scar, gap between the circ and the glan, gap between the circ and the rest of the shaft. A hard ring around the base that looks fine Flaccid, but because of my curved penis, it actually come out away from my body when I get hard. I also lost most of my curve, instead of a nice gradual curve, it looks like it just shoots out of my body at a 45 deg angle now, kind of interesting. I actually spent about a week massaging these spots for about an hour each night. I had zero improvement, so I just stopped that altogether. Sorry about the ugly pics!

My question is; what exactly causes these hard lumps I have at the circ and the base?

as far as the weird look at the bottom of the base it took about 3 months for it to start to fade

6 Week Mark.... Well, at 6 weeks I'm still at 4.6" EG. Everything looks the same as my last post. I have a lot of hard spots that should soften over time, so it's just a waiting game now. Thinking about round 2 around May or June of this year and will go more for aesthetic than Girth. Two more rounds concentrating on aesthetic should get me to 5" EG anyway, so I'd be happy with that. Overall I'm really happy with the additional Girth and don't have any regrets.

Mr. Bendy, the ring that you have around the bottom is almost identical to the ridge at the left side of my base. I haven't been able to take pics yet as I have been stuck at work, but hows it going for you. Mine looks like yours and is not really visible when Flaccid, but when I get hard it stands out big time. It is hard as hell and moves about 1.5" away from my body so it actually penetrates my wife during intercourse. It hurts when it goes in her and is generally sore after. Are you having the same problem? When are you going back for round 2? I am going on Feb. 8th. I will try to remember to message you to tell you if and how we resolve it. Just a quick update. Been 11 weeks since round 1.

So not much has changed. I'm dropping in size a little, just over 4.5 EG. Hard spots at the circ and ridges at the base are still there and haven't softened much if any, still looks the same as the pics above. It seams like when I'm hard the ridges are getting worse and they stick out farther even though my shaft is getting smaller, bummer!

Notsureyet:
The ridges at the base do hurt like hell when I push on them or squeeze them (feels like getting kicked in the nuts). They don't hurt during sex though, mine stick out only about an Inch from the base, so they don't fully penetrate. The pain is getting better though, they don't hurt as much as a few weeks ago. I'm not going for round 2 until for least 3 more months (although I'm ready now)...I really want to make sure I know the final result of round 1 before I make the decision on what to do for round 2. ROUND 2:

Just got home from round 2 today after waiting exactly 6 months. I got 18 cc's of 30% and 2 cc's of 10%. 6 injection points and 2 Kenalog injections on my 2 larger lumps at the base and near the glan (both on the right side). I didn't know they were going to inject the Kenalog, they just did it and told me afterward. I would have rather not had the injections, but it's done. Wade said it would take about a month for the Kenalog to work and reduce the lumps. I know there are some side effects with Kenalog, so we'll see how it goes and I'll let the board know. Everything went really well with the procedure. It hurt much more this time around, not sure why, more sensitivity under the skin maybe.

On a side note, I waited 6 months before round 2 to really see how things would settle out with the unit. Turns out (for me anyway), everything was exactly the same after 6 months as is was after 8 weeks. So I might only wait 8 weeks for round 3, not sure yet. I should be at 5" MEG after this round (at the top end of my goal), so round 3 will just be clean up.

I'll post some pics after the swelling and bruising go down. I'm going to try some different after care techniques to see if I can improve the outcome.

Good luck!! I am surprised you got that much 30%? I was under the impression that those days were over. Did Dr. C give you any reasoning about using that much 30% ?But regardless I hope your healing goes well, and thanks for your continued posting!!

Yea, I know there's talk on here about Dr C only going with 10% these days and for this first timer who is planning on going at least 3 rounds, I would recommend 10%. The 30% actually worked out very well for me, after round 1, my shaft was very fluid and natural feeling. My main problem was really the 4 cc's of 20% I got at the neck near the glan, definitally go with 10% in that area. Dr C was really surprised to see the clumping in the neck, he had written in his notes that the PMMA took very well in that area. I didn't request 30% for my second round, I just told the Dr that I wanted more Girth and to try to fix some of my issues. I just let them go at it assuming they knew what was best, so we'll see! I think he felt that it worked well last time so he tried 30% again.

To update, my unit feels GREAT. I was expecting a lot of soreness after a painful session, but I'm pretty much ready for sex already. After my first session (where I felt no pain at all), I was very sore for about a week and couldn't have sex till about the 10 day mark.

I am very confident that the Dr. C really wants the best for his patients. Happy healing and I hope it turns out good!! This fall is when I will most likely pull the trigger !

How was your experience with the Kenalog? I remember another member reporting that he thought it prevented any gains from his session. I'd like to know how much the lump goes down too. I hope the best for you and assume everything will work out in the end. Dr. C seems to have the ability to fix mnay of the issues.

I was wondering though, why didn't he break up the lump with one of his tools. Was it because the lump was too big? I know he's done that before and it just seems like that would be easier but I assume the lump was too big. What's your thoughts?

Well, I'm not having any side affects from the Kenalog. Yea, MustGetBigger reported that his Kenalog shot prevented and possibily reduced gains. Mustang also reported that his Kenalog shot have no effect on reducing his lump(s).

I'm not sure why Dr C went with the Kenalog, my lump was not very big (about the diameter of a dime) . I was actually expecting him to break it up, Wade indicated thats what he was going to do. I'll wait a month, see what happens, and let you guys know.

Round 2 update:

Everything is looking great. Looks much more normal after round 2, I'm super happy. Here are some pics, I'm at 5 eg when completely hard, about 70% in the pic. Wife really likes it, its helping our intimacy. No changes or side effects from the Kenalog yet.
