Ive had 2 trips there. One good one not so good. It is not a back alley operation. Its a city centre clinic and its always been really busy. Its very clean. the only problem with me is the language barrier she struggles with english (especially my accent!) which could lead to you agreeing with something you dont necessarily want to do. She said she want to learn but is far too busy! Apart from that i cant really fault her. As eastender said in the metacril thread be clear on your goals she will say if they are not realistic. She tried to put me off 20ccs before we started sayng when she thinks its getting too fat she will stop applying the metacril. It ended up being able to take it. Since ive been on PB my thinking is Dr C might have more experience with PMMA on the penis. But there are a few members on here now who have made the trip to prague and are satisfied with the outcome. My 1st round was a bit of a disappointment because i wanted more in the 1st round like all the Dr C lads. But she repeated that she can now put more in because she had made a gap between the muscle and the skin. I hoping now to get a decent gain off the 20ccs so the last trip can be the final works done. I can't believe I keep complementing guys on how good their penis looks! I just don't know what else to say when I see a perfectly healthy, good sized penis, with no aesthetic issue's at all. If I had a penis like that I'd never risk damaging or deforming it. If you have to do something I'm almost tempted to say that looking at how well distributed the skin is, it might be better to try FFT first with Mr Viel. I also would of never had the surgery to begin with if I looked like that. Why even take a chance of lumps or uneveness?, but that's just my opinion. Basically you have plenty of shin. Your shaft skin goes right down to the base and you are uncut, so you won't have tight skin at the top. The base and top of the shaft are the areas where the fat usually doesn't settle as the skin isn't compliant there.
