I had a PM request for some pics so I guess I'll get over myself and post so folks can make up their own mind. Not knowing your situation (married, single, big, small, etc...) I wouldn't really know which way to steer you. Bottom line for me is that I'm much happier than I was before PMMA. Of course, I was really unhappy before so that should always be a consideration. One thing I should point out though is that I pushed for 20% and maximum Girth both rounds so I really shouldn't complain if things don't go perfectly. If you are more concerned with looks over Girth but are unhappy with your size you could always go for smaller amounts and concentrations. I think for me 15 CC's and 10% would probably been able to get me to .75" gain after 3 sessions with a better look. For me, I wanted as much Girth as soon as possible. First pic is me in current retracted state. Go look at my pre-op pics. Those pics showed a decent hang for me! This is much better but ou can also see the ring and the gap on the top left of my shaft. The second pic is after I shake it out a few times and looks much better. The issues are still there but less noticeable. The third pic me trying to pull it out to give a sense of the hour glass shape when Erect. It's really hard for me to get Erect for my pics so this is the best I can do right now. Fourth pic shows what I was explaining earlier. On the underside there is more PMMA right at the base and right below the glans. On the top of my shaft the PMMA bunched up around the middle. And then fill in the middle underside. This would give me more Girth which I wouldn't mind. The wife has amazingly enough gotten used to 5 1/2" and no longer complains about soreness... Weird! In all fairness to her we do use lube every time now and I am down a bit from two weeks ago ins size. I also think she has some kind of mental block about my size. It's like she thinks that if she likes the bigger size it makes her slutty or something... haven't figured that one out yet The one thing I worry about is my glans being small. I think if the ring went away it wouldn't be that noticeable at my current size. I think I could probably pull of 5.75" if I wasn't retracted but 6" would probably look way obvious. I think at 5 1/2 with retraction you can tell somethings off (even without the ring and gap). I just need to remember that I started small and am now above average. But as others have said... I am still hoping to clean things up a bit more but I am waaay happier than before. Sorry to hear you have to wait so long between sessions, the extra Girth from round 2 made a big difference for me.
