I have been lurking around these board for quite some time and had also lurked around the MNS Boards prior to them disappearing. I wanted to give you all my personal journey in PE.
Like most of you, I have never felt that the size of my penis was or is adequate. I always wanted something big. Something enough to make a woman remember me. Sex for me was good in my original state, but it depended largely on the woman. I was around 6.25 Erect and I do not have a clue how big around I was. But it was not impressive to me or some girls, so I would say it was not enough.
So I have never stretched, never Jelqed, or Pumped. I don't know why, I am assuming it was because I just wanted a quick fix.
So here is where I started:
I had my first Surgery with DR Rodney Barron on 7 Feb 2007. He performed an alloderm and ligament resection procedure on me. Now this is a while ago, so my memory may not serve me perfectly, but it was not a great procedure. The Scar was hideous, the alloderm shifted and absorbed.
Here are some Pics before the Alloderm and after:
You can see there was marked improvement right after surgery, but the later results are very different. I am going to stop here for a bit so I can collect photo's. Will post again soon.

The first Silicone Implant result was also a bit less than I had expected as I did have some complications. Here are some pics:
In Pic 366 you can see the Increased Girth, but you can also see the head does have some protrusions. They were more noticeable without an Erection, but still there when Erect.
In Pic 373 you can see the implant has deformed the head of the penis. This is before he started to attach the implant to the head. I did have this one replace and had the XL put in. Overall, the procedure was a marked improvement over Dr Barron, but still not any where near what I would have considered ideal.

So what am I going to do? Well if the results deteriorate like they have two previous times, I will have it removed and will have to figure something else out. I am not sure I will go PMMA, but it is possible. I am definitely terrified of the scar tissue issues you all have had after an Elist Removal.
My recommendation: If you want length, maybe getting the ligs cut is ok, but putting in the implant from Elist is a little more risky than I would have liked to have taken. Perhaps you can use PMMA like many of the others, but I want to see how the whole discussion concerning the PMMA migrating plays out first.
Ok so anyone have any questions or comments? Would you like any more information?

Like I eluded to in my post, I am basically retired from PE unless an unfortunate Silicone Implant complication occurs again. I am more inclined to believe something will happen, so I try to stay here and read as much as I can in the event I need a back-up plan. I wish I found this place much sooner.

Thanks for your story. I am an Elist implant vet myself, so please PM me if you need any confidential advice.
I agree with Hoddle. Your penis does look very good considering.

A lot to read? Sure. Do you have only one Dick? Thought so.

Gain an Inch or more? Are you talking about having a lig cut? If so, then the gains will be in the Flaccid state, not Erect state (you may gain some in the Erect state, but the lig cut really only works in the Flaccid state)
Also: If you're considering Alloderm or a fat implant, please be ready to accept that you will LOSE length, not gain. If anything, you'll be stretching to get your original length back, not to gain extra length.
If I were you, I would not consider Alloderm, Belladerm or a fat implant unless you are prepared for the reality that you will lose length, possibly several inches in length.

ive been trolling various forums for years and seriously considered the elist implant among others. but from what ive read most are horror stories and get them taken out with bad consquences after. Theres no real safe way at the minute to increase either Girth or length.
If your careful with it probably the best way for length especially is manual PE. It really helped my Flaccid as i was a turtler! Nothing too crazy havent made the step to Hanging weights as yet but some manual stretching and jelquing. Try the newbie routine on thundersplace for a few weeks see how you get on.

10 years 9 months ago #1289728693I know this is a very old thread, but since I'm a noob and I'm reading a lot here, I found your post about Dr. Barron. Your inverted Y scar looks exactly like mine! And someone pointed me to his website, because I didn't remember who did mine so many years ago, and it's all coming back to me that it was him.
My scar is stretched out and very noticeable. I hate that he did the inverted Y. Thanks for posting your pics.
