After reading many topics and posts from this board and the previous board and since eastender and olafspo made the pioneering journey over to Dr Nemecova I have took the plunge and booked myself an appointment at the Aurum Clinic for the 20th of April. I am flying out on the 19th and jumping straight back on a plane after an overnight stay. Not what i wanted really but the flight times and appointment times dictated it. Would of liked a night in a hotel massaging but i'll wrap and hopefully it will be ok. My current stats are: BPEL 5.5" Base EG 4.5" Mid EG 4.2" Never really bothered with Flaccid measurement. Haven't really got a specific goal at this point. What do you think is a realistic goal?? I am so excited for a bit of progress after a lot of reading and watching other members take the plunge. This board and its predecessor have shown me that i am not alone in the world with this stuff. My little friend has plagued me more than it probably should have. And i want to take this opportunity to thank Skeptical One and all senior members for the guidance. Literally cannot wait! Will keep you all posted. I would recommend more than 10 percent however because once all swelling has receded, which in my case took about 10 weeks (yeah, it is odd but it did get thinner that much later) the initial result wasn't permanent. I'll be asking for 20 percent concentration on my second round, but the pictures I uploaded ought to give you an idea of what to expect after your first round. I was awe struck at the difference. Even Wade's assistant seemed amazed because my starting dimensions were on the modest end. Now I am closer to average, and soon will be probably more permanently thicker. Be sure to let us know how things go for you in Prague. I believe Dr Nemeckova only uses 30% metacril, which from what ive read, will be good for the 1st 2 sessions. Maybe 10% for the third touch up. I hope you get the gains you seek. Apart from making me wait 2 hrs past my appt time i cant fault the dr or the facilities at all. Very clean place and friendly staff. The language barrier was a bit difficult at times. Her english is ok but there was some points where we were just nodding at each other to be polite! Asked her about any supplements/diet advice she said the best thing was acai. Which i already take for general health. I am also going to get all the other products eastender mentioned in the metacril thread. At the moment its just a swollen lump but as soon as it settles i'll try get some pics up. If only it stayed like this! Dont be too concerned about only getting 10cc of 30% remember Dr C was injecting only 10% PMMA between 15-20cc and getting on average 0.5 of an increase in Girth according to some reports. I believe the 30% Metracrill concentration should provide substantial gains epecially if the penis is on the smaller side to begin with. I have been working away since i got back from prague and i'm sharing a room. Probably the worst post op care you have ever seen! I am taking lysine, neocell collagen, acai berry, anavar (which i was already on) and vitamin c. If this collagen doesnt form after that i dont know what will! Swelling has subsided not sure if totally and didnt really bruise in the 1st place. I am uncut and when i pull my Foreskin back it bunches up at the base and looks odd. its quite squishy to the touch when Flaccid. Theres more PMMA mid shaft than the base. not sure if thats my fault due to the aftercare/lack of massaging. When Erect it looks and feels totally natural. its thicker but again mainly mid shaft so round 2 will be concentrating on the base! i apologise i havent got a measureing tape to give any stats. Theres no bumps however at this point just a bit hard at the entry point (base) can anyone tell me if this is normal?? When can i expect my low point and when does collagen production kick in?
