TOPIC: getting Pmma in Medellin !!

Thank you Miracle 7x7 for your collaboration, im learning everyday from you!! Well i want to let anyone in this board know that i went to Medellin On 18 Jan 2012 i went to him in Medellin,he was a really friendly Doctor with really nice hands. My first procedure took about 25 min ,and it was not so painful. He is a really professional man , the technique of injecting Metacrill he learned in Brazil by one of his Brazilian colleague. He is the pioneer on bringing Bioplastia to Colombia. He s procedure cost me about 840 dollar for one session. About me : well I'm 27 years old ,living now in Amsterdam.My Dick length is 15,5 cm My normal Erect Girth was 13 cm. from 18 Jan till 3 Feb 2012 (17 days later) now 15,5Cm Girth I told the doctor how much he puts by the phone and he told he puts me 12% 0f 10% ,then 6% of 10%, and 12% 'f 6% . i really don't now what he means by that ,i told him what was the volume and concentration of the metacrill but he answer that. I'm going to show you guys some pics after the first procedure. Please if you have any question let me know . Also sorry for my bad English

Congratulation, I am really happy for you Sir, great find and his prices are cheap but the only thing we don't know exactly how many cc's did he inject ??
I would like to know :-
1- What is his name ?2- From where did you hear about this doctor ?3- Can you ask him, please, who is that doctor in Brazil who taught him about PMMA penile bioplasty ?4- It seems to me he is using mostly 10% and not 30%, correct me if I am wrong ?? --> strange to me I thought the brazilian doctors using mostly 30%, it looks to me he is using mostly the same conc. as Dr.C..5- Any post-PMMA injection instructions ?? (i.e. e.g. Massaging or an extender or wrapping)6- I see in the pic. the entry hole is only at the base ?? Is it only one entry hole you have??7- In the Erect pic. , I can see a gap at the shaft just behind the Circumcision scar is it missing PMMA and mostly on the Rt. side > the Lt. side ??

Sounds like 12cc of 10%, 6cc of 10% and 12cc of 6%??

Looking at the size gains, it seems you've had quite alot of PMMA injected. I'd say at least 20cc. My worry would be that Metacril costs the Dr $400 for 10cc. It seems $840 is an incredibly cheap price to charge for this procedure. If I'm honest I'd be slightly concerned, even suspicious, that he charged so little.

I wouldnt. Life is much cheaper down here, so the same procedures that cost more in the USA will cost much less here. Vaser Lipo for the adomen, for example, runs at about 5K in New York while it will cost half that amount here. And its the same device, and the surgeons are as good. But here Doctors do not own a Mercedez Benz or a Ferrari, and they are not so afraid of being sued as in the USA.
That doctor in Medellin probably doesnt have to pay as much in office rent either.

Mexmuscle and Hoddle-
I do not know enough about PMMA costs to know what is cheap and what isn't. I have read that Columbia is the plastic surgery capital of the world due to lower prices, qualified docs, etc. That said Mex..what is cheaper is labor and insurance...the "stuff" can be more. Again not sure who distributes PMMA and under what intangible protections. My two cents...errr pesos.

But to buy 10cc of Metacril from the makers costs the Dr $400. Quite alot has been used on Jason27. We are talking at least $800 worth at cost price. So it seems as if the Dr would be making a loss on this procedure after his other costs. With Vaser Lipo it's totally different as each procedure doesn't cost the Dr anything other than the cost of runing the equipment. Once you'v taken into account the massively cheaper running costs (rent, staff and insurance etc,) one can see why they can afford to charge prices of half that in the US. But I can't see how they can afford to charge patients the same for PMMA as it cost them to buy it themselves.

And Why you decided that amount? Many Brazilians physicians use concentrations like 30% PMMA for example: Sammy Passy uses 20 cc and 30% concentration PMMA in the penis.


The amount 10%, is the protocol that my teachers taught me and I will not experiment nor harm patients and, in my doctors experience with the face area i have change the protocol, but in the penis area i follow the same protocol i was taught for.

I think at 30% concentration could leave the penis zones hard to palpation and then be a problem returning the area to normal. Dr Sammy has 20 years of experience and use the same brand of product Metacrill original like me. The opinion of Pmma volume and concentration is different from each doctor. I had learned from my teachers doctors protocol for every session 10 %conc pmma. Doctor You make only one entry at the base to put the pmma. Why one entry? There are other doctors that make 2 to three entries.

The product I use is called Metacrill, directly from laboratory Nutricell Brazil, Me and my brother are the representative of the laboratory in Colombia and I am the PR authorized to Colombia. Some members in the forum believes that maybe you don't use the original Metacrill, because you provides services are cheap?


Yes Its true that in the legal market a 10cc pmma cost about 450 dollar.Actually this is the published price for doctors, which is different for those who are lecturers PR like me. I give Bioplastia courses and dictate trainings to physicians who want to learn Bioplastia ,also my costs are in Colombian pesos. I am the representative for Colombia and lecturer PR authorized that give courses and training to other doctors, plus the company of my brother is the one that distributes the original Metacrill to Colombia, so I can get the Metacrill product a little more cheap.

On the other hand, I think my fees are fair, because I think I should not get rich on my work, or take advantage of any patient, for example coming from another country or their social and economic level, i treat every one the same. Anyone have further questions I will answer it with pleasure,

Thanks for sharing that correspondence! Just so you know, it is phalloboards.info (with an "s") - I only corrected it because I would really like to see one of these docs join the discussion if they ever had the time.
