Thanks man. It has been awhile since I have even thought about any of this and I think nutrition is still the key. I am interested to know of anyone that has the PRP procedure and how much it has helped in the healing process.

No problem. It was over. I ended up with sole custody of my daughter. This should give you some color as to what I was dealing with for a long time. I did a lot of lying to myself thinking I could make things better. I am so happy I have my daughter and have had her now for 6 years. I have new life wife and home. I was remarried 2 years ago. I totally upgraded, my wife smoking hot is very fit extremely disciplined when it comes to nutrition and highly professional. Very loving and supportive. She also loves to get down. Our sex life is very strong. I learned a lot going through what I went through. Communication is always the key regardless of if it hurts. Please don't feel pity for me my life is great.

As I stated I don't really care about aesthetics. I want to change the taper. I want match the base measurements most all the way up. I will keep you all posted and am interested in thoughts about post procedure suppplements and protocol.

It's not wrong. I had to have my prosthesis replaced. I gained an Inch in length due to the constant inner stretching of the prosthesis. It isn't uncommon. However you generally lose an Inch in length when first get implanted. I would imagine in the next 8-10 years, I will have it replaced again.

In my head length is like having a Lamborghini (looks cool) but you live on dirt roads. It's much more fun if you have big ol fat truck. In other words never get to use the whole thing anyway.

I need to clear some points. Your original pre-surgery BPEL was 7.75", then you lost 1" due to implant surgery and then you got 1" back? Or you gained some more length and now you're longer than you was before implants?

I am back to where I was before I got the prosthesis. Yes pre surgery I was 7.75 had nice upward curvature as well. I got the Inch back after I had my first prosthesis replaced. As I stated before this is also very common because of the mechanics, there is constant inner stretching. Unless technology has changed in recent years once you get a prosthesis you lose the natural shape and of your penis and it is common to lose length as well. However you have semi perfect Erection for as long as you can handle it. The issue is you have to pump it up. Your glans are not engorged and in your mind you are happy you can have sex but it is not what it used to be. PMMA helps substantially with quality and as well as mentally. I'm still a semi young and vibrant man who wants to devastate that pussy.

All done. Didn't get a whole lotof product. Dr. C was rightfully conservative as prior PMMA had become fiberous which makes it more difficult to properly inject more. My Dick is so black blue tan and colors of the spectrum it looks like one of those African wild dogs. I did get the PRP both Ian and Dr Morales were happy to see how clear my plasma was, I guess it makes a difference. I'm excited to see the results. I will post pics after swelling has gone done. I will also post measurements. When it hits low point.

No did not inflate. I did inflate it afterwards 25%. I am not concerned at this point. I have now had PMMA for 6 years. Thank you thank you I can't believe how little swelling I have going on.

Next time you guys are in TJ you must eat at El Porteros it's the big sombrero restaurant. My wife and I just got back and the owner was very friendly. Food was great. Careful the portions are too much.
