Right now there are two harder spots on either side of my shaft on the base near the entry points. I've been massaging, but nothing has changed. Not sure if this is common or not. Also my base definitely looks thick, and I wonder if any migrated from the shaft to the base in the first couple days.

@ airmail puppet, what is your current length?

I was around 6.5" with a ruler, but measuring with a tape measure I was around 7" (downward curve). It seems to have straightened out a bit after the procedure actually and looks even longer now. This might have to do with swelling, I'm not sure. I can report back in a week or so, and give an update with my length.

Waking up a little disappointed today. I'm noticeably smaller (around .25" less). I figured I was done losing Girth, but I guess it makes sense that I lost a bit more since I had the procedure last week. So I measured and I'm around 4.75" MSEG now. I also should mention that I was closer to 4.25" MSEG prior to the procedure, when I actually took a good measurement.

For those that had PMMA done, how much would you say you gained in the collagen growth period?

Does your penis feel spongey?

It does. And maybe I just had a slight fluctuation this morning because I just checked it out when I went to pee, and it looks like it did yesterday (so no loss in size?).

People seem to gain different amounts. From my studies, most that received 10% gain a minimal amount MS but a little at the base. Those that received 20% seem to gain a bit more (approximately .25" -.5"). I was very pleased up to week 8 or so when my size actually started it's decline. At 6 weeks, I was at around 6"MSEG but am now at around 5.25". Everyone is different but I'm fairly confident that final results cannot be ascertained until 6 months post procedure. I'm in agreement with jasonbond that most patients who receive 20% will gain around .25" to .33" long term. So... 3 - 4 procedures will be required to gain 1 Inch permanently. Just my 2',

I haven't measured because I think I'd go insane with the fluctuations, but it looks noticeably smaller again today in its Flaccid state... Like close to pre-procedure size. I don't think I've seen anyone lose size at the rate I am. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what.

Don't stress yourself bud. My size fluctuated so much. I was 6.5, 6, 5.5, 6, 6.125, 5.3, etc. Just wait at least 6 weeks to measure and don't have the unrealistic expectation and accept your 6 week measurement as your final size. My size didn't settle until I reached just over 3 months and still seems to be growing smaller albeit minimally. Personally, I will always go for max volume and 20% and never less.

Get plenty of rest and eat well. I'm hopeful that your gains are outstanding! I measured constantly post R1 and will not make the same mistake after R2. I drove myself nuts. LOL

I still have a little soreness at the base. I also still have two bumps near the base of my penis. One on each side. They feel hard. On the left side, there's a hard stringy piece (hard to describe). Has anyone else had this issue? What did you do about it?

nothing about this procedure is normal.. so it's completely 'normal'. Lol... Just tryin to ease your mind brother. If you read enough of these progress reports, you'll soon learn that everyone's reaction and progress is as unique as we are to one another, and yet there appears to be an expectation range. M7 is right about the variation. I had a more gradual fluctuation first round. I also don't measure frequently, but keep it more of an overall 'feeling' about my gains. Suggestion: find members who have posted that resemble your initial stats and follow their progress. I would also consider age and prior experience with pe (prior procedures, manual pe, etc. ). this will likely help shine a light on your path. Good luck with your progress. Try not to sweat it too much- that will lead to unneccesary dissapointment. Regards

I booked an appointment at the 6 week mark, but I actually cancelled it the other day. Wade said the more time I give it, the better. So even though I'm very anxious for the next round, I think it's best I wait a little while.

I'm going to be booking a second appointment soon. I've still been sitting at 5" mseg, so I'd say .66-75" increase still.
I'm probably going to be broke after this next appointment so round 3 will have to wait a while (if I even think its necessary, I'd be happy at 5.5"). But I'd rather be broke with a big Dick at this point lol, so I anxiously await round 2.
