A Kenalog injection can negatively influence gains, however, you stated that you received it during your previous session. Is there a possibility that your body was fighting an infection during your recovery? Subsequent rounds are not likely to result in similar gains to the initial round. Too many various influential factors involved. Some will get good gains and others... not so much. You have a good sized unit. I suggest getting a touch up with 20% - 30% if aesthetics bother you. I am not crazy about Kenalog shots even though I had injected my self with it after I had my elist silicone implant removed to lessen scar tissue at the large incision area where the wonderful dr elist cuts in one's abdominal area, 4-6 inches of it. Kenalog, as I understand it, will prevent the immune system from forming collagen in the injected area. While I am not a Dr, I have to presume that Kenalog had something to do with it as in stopped or reduced the collagen build up in your penis. And I ask my self, what happens to the PMMA spheres left behind due to the Kenalog? why does the body Not build collagen around those spheres after the Kenalog had dissipated.....unless it does not dissipate! Would that constitute as an infection? Do you think the Kenalog shot round 3 will prevent any more collagen formation subsequent rounds? You think a round 5 will be a waste of time? My eq has increased significantly since. Wake up to morning wood n get randomly Erect which is something I haven't had since a teenager. Now if I can increase length too I'll be a happy camper. I work mostly from home now so it gives me plenty of time to do this. Want to hit this hardcore hoping I'll make gains. Hope the PMMA doesn't prevent gains, but I believe bigjohn made gains after PMMA by Hanging, but he also had his ligs cut. I want to keep you guys updated and show you guys if you are indeed able to make gains after PMMA. My ideal day is: 3sets in morn, 2sets afternoon, 1 set before bed. Use heating pad before sessions, Jelqing between sets and also wearing auto sleeve between sessions to keep it extended. If something comes up (girl over or something) I want to have at least 2 sets in that day. Want to make sure I am Hanging everyday. Will be increasing weight every two weeks by 0.5lbs as well as changing angles . Still using 2.5lbs. Curious where I will be at in 6 months. Here's current pic at 7.0." This pic looks deceptive cause it looks like I'm really digging the ruler into fat pad. I am not. I have a clump of PMMA at base on left side followed by a dip which makes it appear smaller. The holy land of Hanging techniques certified by Bib say you can start usually at least at 5lbs before working your way slowly up. They say first maximize sets to your available free time, then increase weight. Ie, i never got more than 2 hours of pure Hanging at my peak (six sets of 20min) starting from a couple sets, then I moved my weight up after I maximized my sets. They say the magic spot is 7lb+ for gain. However, this is all using a traction Hanger like the bib and not a vacuum (vacuums hold less but more comfortably) and after a PMMA round my base area feels sore as hell after a single pound. I think the max weight for vac Hanger is 10lbs or so. Based on your advice I will increase increments by 1lb each week till I reach 5lbs then go slowly again. I do feel like I can do more weight. When I first initially did 2.5lbs my first week I felt fatigued and it actually gave me great eq. Now I don't feel fatigued with 2.5lbs I'm using and my eq has gone back to how it used to be (poor). Just need to get weights of 0.5 increments. Looked for golf weights but couldn't find any. Wearing auto sleeve between sessions and occasionally using x4 stretcher. Too soon to notice any gains. Havent found any 0.5lb increment weights to attach yet. Maybe sports authority? One thing I noticed is I have a major clump at the base in my fat pad. It's starting to become agitated. Think this may be where most of my PMMA went last round. Wondering if when I go back to TJ (probably in a few months) if they can make a little incision and cut it out rather than using Kenalog shot. Im really curious as to how they will be able to break this all up. And even if they do, wouldnt it just turn the one large clump into several smaller clumps. So far Im pretty bummed with my first round outcome. Looks like my Dick got smashed witha hammer a couple times. My advice to you is you be extremely proactive on the after care - massaging it, keeping it Erect, no smoking or alcohol. I think this is why I have had problems with the outcome. Not looking forward to another round. Can't afford a fifth round at the moment but when I do get it I will be doing nothing but keeping it hard and massaging it for a week. Smalljay - it may appear that way from some photos. I did at the lose some length. However, pre PMMA I was on vigorous Jelqing and stretching routine for a couple months boosting my BPEL from 6.75 to 7.25. After the trauma from the procedure and stopping PE cold turkey it reverted back to 6.75." Now with the Hanging I've been doing for over a month I'm back to 7.25" BPEL. Been hardcore Hanging and stretching. The clump at base is starting to become more noticeable as if I'm pulling it out of my fat pad.
