Good luck Big John!

Just curious what ADS do you use?I'm Hanging atm and I'm looking into one now..was hoping to use that and/or my extender after PMMA to prevent too much length loss.Do you use your extender/ADS immedietly after you have the PMMA injections?

I waited at least a month after my 2d procedure before starting. I have an X4 extender that I got from Dr Giunta after my surgery with him. I got the extra large base to acommodate me after my FFT and it was just big enough to accomodate me after my 2d procedure. I may/hope need another size larger after round three of PMMA. Might have to custom build one Mcgyver style. lol

I also bought the grip system for Hanging and it works quite well. Don't like it as much for the ADS - It tends to come loose as I'm very active with my job. But for Hanging it's great.

A measurement update for the forum. I've actually lost another .25" Girth mid shaft. I think it's stable now at 9 months post op but, and I hate to say it, below 6" midshaft. Still, I've gained a full Inch in Girth with 44 cc's. I've requested max fill at 20% on this round and would think I can handle 24 cc's easily. If that gives me another .5" then I will be solidly above 6" midshaft and will get to enjoy closer to 7" for the next few months! I'm already leaning towards another full round for the 4th procedure but one step at a time and we'll see how this goes.

Big John, Amazing journey you have had since starting PE!! I am sure your penis looks totally different than before, if they had to put it in a line up I am sure even you wouldn't recognise it! You are an inspiration.

Big John, do you wear your ADS when you are at work? And is it noticeable when you have it under clothes? i wanted to get the leg strap but I was told it doesn't work. Also do you take days off? Lastly is it attainable to gain 1 Inch in 3 months from Hanging? Thanks for sharing.

Also do you know if Dr. C is working on anything for the glands? I would hop on that ASAP.

I asked him that quetion a few times. They are the least interested, too risky and not much gains...

I use the grip system as well. The ads for me is very inconspicuous. It makes it look like I have a bigger Flaccid but it does not look like I have any apparatus on at all. Very discrete. I were boot fit cut jeans so they are not loose but not super tight either. I have some skinny jeans in my wardrobe. I have not bothered wearing the ads with those but I think I might be able to pull it off with a few of them. I've been Hanging on and off for the past 3 months and am up about 3/8 Inch. I think If I would have been more disciplined I could have gotten a little more. I hang maybe 3 or 4 times a week but some weeks I don't hang at all. ads I do about once a month. I'm going in for PMMA soon so from here on out I'm doing both regularly. I'll let you know how it goes.

New 1 Inch, I think an Inch gain in three months is a bit aggressive. If you could wear a stretcher everyday for that amount of time for at least 8 hours a day i think you could gain .5" realistically. For me it took longer to cement the gains - meaning they are permanent. I like to hang and I do think there is some benefit from it but have found that a shorter Hanging routine followed by use of a stretcher produces the best results. For example, hang for an hour and then wear your stretcher for the remainder of the day. I wear loose shorts and jeans and can use my X4 while working. The grip hides even better but the clamp that secures the line almost always loosens during the day and I have to readjust. My X4 stays locked all day. Pick a program, stick with it, and don't measure too often. Maybe once every couple of weeks - it's a very gradual process. Keep a log of hours Hanging and stretching and update your measurements monthly and you'll soon see a pattern of what works best for you. Also, measure immediately following your stretching and again the next morning before you start. That will show the difference between temporary and permanent. The temporary will eventually become your permanent if you stick with it. Best of luck!

Congratulations Big John! I'm curious as to what kind of material do you wrap yourself in? Also when you say ADS are you referring to an extender or a stretching device?

Wade will wrap you immediately following your procedure. I used the same wrap and don't think I used it for more than the first couple of nights. My ADS is the X4 - very similar to the jez extender which I also logged several thousand hours on years ago. extender or stretcher - not sure what you're asking. It maintains your junk in an extended state for as long as you wear it thus stretching it. I've added additional bars to it over the years as I got longer. So I guess it's an extender but a stretcher as well?

I've been Jelqing, stretching, Hanging, and using the ADS for a decade now. I also had Dr Giunta cut my ligs a few years ago. Let's just say I'm stubborn and I stayed after it. I'm not sure that another decade would net me another Inch but as long as I have time I will likely continue this until I'm too old and unable. lol
