Tomorrow I will have liposuction done on my fat pad. I am having the liposuction done first because I have about 1-2 inches of a fat pad above my penis base. I will have the PMMA done directly after the lipo. I will wait until Saturday to have the length procedure with Dr. Camacho. I believe the PMMA settles after 24 hours, so I think getting the length done afterwards will lead to a great result. I know it would be better to stage the surgeries, but I want to get this procedure done and on with my life. I'm not looking to gain much with the length procedure, just a great Flaccid appearance. I think the increase in Girth is what matters anyway. I have read a ton and followed posts of people that I believe did a lot of homework. If I don't feel comfortable I might delay the length procedure on Saturday, but I think it should be safe to proceed on Saturday. I will document everything and give a full case study with pics and measurements after 6 weeks. I might skip length all together, it is very expensive and I think I can get a good Flaccid hang with the added Girth from PMMA. Good choice! I am now almost Hanging an Inch lower with PMMA. I know few really positive stories with lig cut and the ones that did have success where experienced and dedicated in their approach pre and post surgery and made a big effort to get everything right. But some lost length or gained nothing. Only complication so far is I have a bump of PMMA where my shaft meets my scrotal sac. I've pushed it back to the shaft, but I'm worried if any remaining PMMA will cause problems with my testicals down the road. I'd love some insight on what I should do. The lump is gone, but will I have issues with migration down the road?
