Yes, just like with most things in life, I believe dedication is a major factor in length gain(s). I really thought I had maxed out, so this new development has come as a bit of a surprise. I will continue doing the Jelqing and stretching for at least another year to continue gains and cement them.

Hi New1inchI'm using a very simple ADS...One with just a Velcro wrap that goes around my leg, a bungee style cord, and a silicone tube (which I bought off the Internet) that fits over the the top of my glans and a bit of the shaft. I don't know who the maker is because I received it from my 1st dermal graftdoctor way back in the mid 1990s. I only rEally started using it regularly afterthe Elist implant was taken out (due to infection) and my Erect length retracted to about 5 inches..Every year I have to replace the silicone tubing. I used to use the Max Vac silicone tube (it was perfect) , but they stopped making them. The silicone tubes now available are.way too tight for me, so I stretch them out a bit until they are a little bit looser and then use them.

Just a quick update for you all.
It's been 6.5 months since my second round of PMMA and things seem to be holding steady.
My current Girth stats are
Under glans: 6.2 inches
Mid-shaft: 7 inches
Base: 7.5 inches
After a marathon round of sex (the next morning), it swells a bit (by about .25 inches).
Regarding length...I usually measure (monitor) length by a bone pressed stretched. It usually comes out to about 8.3 inches (21cm). However, last month, during one night of passion, I noted that I was particularly hard ( I was on Cialis)and excused myself from the bed, and did a quick measurement (while rock hard) Erect. I measured just about 8 inches (bone pressed). This was a big deal for me. The holy grail of length measurement (officially measured) achieved.
I wear an all-day-stretcher most days, during the day. And I manually stretch and jelq every time I take a shower or go to the washroom (it adds up!).
Aesthetically, the PMMA looks great. I do, however, have serious scarring on my penis shaft from previous surgical procedures. If you were to see my penis in the light, you would know something is definitely up. Correcting these issues will be the next phase of my journey.
And to answer your question JocoJohnson...My dream length would be 9 inches.
My dream Girth is what I currently have.

do u jelq and stretch every day? or do u do 2 days on and 2 days off? what is ur routine?
