TOPIC: Jacko takes the PMMA plunge

Ok day 2....bruised up pretty bad. Wade said if I'm Hanging and not retracting, I can take the wrap off. I was Hanging pretty good so I took it off. Today I took it easy without any wrap, but it appears that my penis wants to retract, so it was looking kinda lumpy. Looks great Erect, but right now it's lumpy when Flaccid. Been massaging several times a day, but I don't notice anything that feels out of place. I think if you typically retract, it will still occur but with the PMMA, it won't be nearly as bad.

I was thinking I should probably wrap it, so I bought a self adhesive ace bandage and it's working really well and looking much less lumpier when Flaccid. What do the PMMA vets say about wrapping? Yes, no, how long?.

I haven't measured but I'm fairly certain I'm about 1" bigger in Girth. It's gonna suck when the swelling goes down, but I know I have to come back if I want to get to 6" EG. BTW I asked Dr. C how long he's been doing this procedure and he said 8 yrs...trained in Brazil for all parts of the body, one of which was the penis. Said that he never thought he would be doing so many.

It's day 6 and I'm pretty much fully healed. All of the swelling has subsided, which really sucks!!!!! Loved the swelling! Oh well. Sorry i've been out of touch. I have been reading a lot of posts and have seen some bickering about PMMA complications and risks and thought it was about time i chimed in. Second procedure was 16cc at 20% about 10 weeks after 1st procedure. At almost 1 month post op, I'm very happy with the Girth increase. I'm at about 5.6 to 5.75 throughout, with a 1.5" gain at the base where i was originally pretty skinny and about 1.25" gain at mid shaft and little less than 1" at the neck. After the first procedure, i was still thinner at the base and fatter towards the head, but not as pronounced. After the 2nd procedure, I've got pretty good uniformity. I do have an area just below mid shaft that is lacking PMMA, kind of like an indentation where the PMMA may not have stuck. It's very noticeable when Flaccid, but not so much when Erect. All in all, I love it. Yes I have some aesthetic issues. Let's face it guys, you're getting tiny plastic Balls injected in your Cock. It's not perfect by any means. Parts feel a little lumpy, especially when Flaccid, but when Erect, most issues are not detectable to others. I'll bet there have been a few guys with more significant complications, and I count my blessings everyday and hope for the best--but I would do this again in a heartbeat and I would recommend the procedure to anyone who is looking for an increase in Girth. I will go for my 3rd procedure sometime this year for a little more "jack" and some touch up. By the way, my lady loves it. Getting her to come before was hit or miss 50/50 at best. Hoddle I haven't measured lately, but I will get you an exact number. I'm guessing that I gained well over an Inch MSEG, probably closer to 1.25". I believe I started at about 4.25" and I'm thinking it's about 5.5" or 5.6" at the moment. Not sure if there's still swelling going on. Hopefully I'm in the collagen growth stage and maybe there will be some additional gains and no more shrinking.

Thanks, but I'm really most interested to know what the last mid shaft measurement you took before your latest round of PMMA. Obviously I'd still like to know your measurements for this round, once the swelling has gone down, but I'm curious to see what your Girth was after everything settled down following the first procedure.

I think it settled at about 5" MSEG after the first procedure. I got spoiled! I know it was a great gain, but for the first few days after the bruising subsided, I was much thicker.

Does the skin move freely where the indentation is?

Yeah, the skin is otherwise normal where the indentation is.

I'm thinking about going with 20% for my second round. I went with 20cc of 10% for the first procedure. What made you decide to go with 20% instead of 10% for your second procedure?

I think the consensus is that 20% will yield greater gains at the possible risk of aesthetic issues. In addition, Dr. C was all for it. I believe that he likes the first session to be 10% so there is a foundation before injecting 20%. I think if your committed to smaller gains with 5-6 sessions, the 10% is probably the better choice. I would like to have 1 or 2 more sessions max, so I think I'll have one more full session at 20% and possibly a final touch up at 10%.

Just an update if anyone is interested. I'm right at 5.25" Girth throughout. It definitely swells an extra 1/4" or so the day after sex, which is pretty good. For me, Erection quality has been average. I'm in my 40's so my Cock isn't as hard as it was when I was in my 20's and 30's. I believe the healing process of getting your Cock poked like a pin cushion takes SEVERAL months. After the first procedure in September, I had the 2nd procedure about 10 weeks later. The swelling does seem to take a while to fully subside...at least that what it seems like because the "heft" is usually not there after a few weeks.
