Its good, I am going to go back for a touch up or possibly a full round if they agree to it. I want more put on the underside, I want to be 6.75 and I am sitting at 6.35-6.5 on a super good day. This is a quick update after about 8 months after my fourth PMMA round. There are a few low and high spots on the shaft that I want Dr C to address on my next visit. No, for sure no more Girth will be requested, but I do want 30% to blend in with the existing 30% and the feel of the shaft which is firmer and is to my liking and most of my lady's liking too.

There is a bump that one can see near the glans on the left side, I hope it would be corrected on my next visit. I do not want a Kenalog injection, I want it removed surgically. It should be a very small incision and take the PMMA lump out.

The Girth has been very steady at over 7" at the base and tapering down to 6" near the glans.

I have had great sex with such a massive Girth, I have had girls tell me they have had longer penises that hurt their cervix but they never had such Girth that they enjoyed so much. Some girls would be shocked and scared of the Girth, but I would do a bunch of foreplay to get them loosened up and in many cases, make them come first then they really would relax and enjoy the rest of the encounter with some of them coming again later.

I have had a couple of girls who were not able to to take more than an Inch or so after which their vagina would not expand to take the rest and I did not want to force it in, I do not like to do that so those were negative experiences due to my extra Girth.

The EL is steady at close to 6" Non bone pressed (I had lost some weight) and the size of glans with a high EQ is to my liking. The cone shaped shaft has proved to work great for me. It is amazing how most women I meet do not care about the perfect looking penis as some of us here do on this board, but they love the Girth over a long skinny penis.

I am traveling a lot now but I am hoping to start a stretching routine after I am home to gain my lost 0.25"-0.35" EL due to elist silicon implant.

BTW, both picture are semi Erect, I'd guesstimate 75%-80% Erection.

@asaso after a year of stretching you can consider the suspensery ligament cut surgery and after that you have to use the grip system to gain another Inch.

Take your time and do your research and a bunch of reading here on this site and you will be better informed. Very rare if not impossible to gain an Inch or two in length for every one. So make sure you are realistic with your goals AFTER you are well read....

Penis Pump is good for Girth not length. if you want to see some Girth improvement you have to pump everyday for lke 45 mins. atleast thats what my doctor told me. if u want length ur best bet is to manual stretch or use a extender. ull see results in abou 6 months or so. but it takes alot of commitment.

This particular girl is very happy with the Girth even though she is very small so it takes a while and a lot of foreplay to go all the way in, but she and I have a great time so far. Although some times we want a quicky before work but due to the extra Girth, we do not have the time for foreplay so we skip it for a later time, one of the negatives of that much Girth!

By around Nov 2014, it will be about TWO years since my 4th PMMA round with the good Dr C and Nurse Wade in TJ, Mexico.

Overall things are great. There are some dips and small lumps that Dr C and nurse Wade will try to fix on my next and hopefully last round, the fifth one!

I have lost some Girth at the base mostly and near the glans. The mid shaft seems to stay almost steady although I measured about a 0.25" decrease in the mid shaft and over 0.5" of decrease at the base. the neck area seems to have lost about 0.35"-0.4".

Believe it or not, this is good news!!!! I have had some absolutely beautiful young girls who were not able to take half of my penis in. For me this was not what I wanted. so the loss is actually OK for me BUT, I would like to know why I lost it.

I am going in for a corrective session with Dr C in the next few months as time/money allows.
I must say though, I have never had women comment so positively about my size....ever. I have always been good in sexually pleasing women to compensate for my 5.9" EL x 4.9" EG and now that I have a much thicker penis, it has been great. every single woman who sees it is shocked at its size but scared shitless, but they ALL want to try it and most love it and come for more.

I am not advocating monster dicks, I do not consider my size monstrous but I do consider it big and I am happy with the results so far...

Great read, thanks for the updates... it does seem like the PMMA route is very maintenance oriented; but seemingly more for corrective vs. redoing due to absorption.

I am going for another session for aesthetics only in the next two months or so. I plan this to be my last PMMA in the lower part of my body

I had peyronies surgery by Dr. Lue at UNSF about a year and a half ago. I lost about an Inch in length and some Girth. I still have a small curve backwards when Erect and my Erection is not as strong along the back as it is on the bottom side. Dr. Lue removed plaque and the flacic front or Erect back of my penis and it left that side weak. I was hoping that the implant would do several things for me. First I hoped it would restore the Girth that I lost at the base of my penis. I also hoped it would give me back some of my length. Mostly I hoped it would give the top of my penis some support where the implant sits. I have some pain still from my peyronies especially when Flaccid. I lose the pain when I am stretched so I am also hoping that the constant stretching of the implant will take away the peyronies pain. Do you have any thoughts on this based on your experience with the implant?
