If it's not too much to ask, would you mind documenting your progress here on the boards? I'm sure there are a number of members and guests that would be really appreciative of you sharing your experience. I most assuredly am one of those people. In particular, consistently measured BPEL would be monumentally invaluable to all. Be sure to take plenty of Vitamin C for collagen growth! Try not to smoke if you do and get plenty of rest. I hope you gain a ton buddy!

I think you make a lot of great points that all men considering getting their ligs snipped should read. However, Erect gains are possible albeit difficult. I've gained .75 from my pre op Erect length in 9 months and hope that it continues. My pre op expectation was one Inch total gain after a year of serious Hanging, and now I expect I'll surpass that. I believe kingping gained some Erect length after a relatively short lackluster Hanging routine (paraphrasing here). I was a serious Hanger pre surgery and had good gains without surgery, but I had plateaued and quit for years. Shortly before surgery (9 months or so) I used an extender product for 3-4 hours a day and had minimals gains.

My point being, the gains I'm having now I attribute to the lack of lig constraint, and I don't know where my Erect gains might end. It's not easy but you can realize Erect gains with a dedicated Hanging routine-

@bigwheels3535 That's awesome. Soma is correct, it will take dedication in the post operative to see results. As stated in my previous post, I'd expect anywhere from .25" - 1.0" gain in the Erect state. Good luck and be safe. Numbness, coldness and tingling are a bad sign as is any visual loss of circulation. Soma has been in this game for some time and I'm sure he'd be happy to give you some pointers. Thank you for sharing your journey. I can't wait to see your final results a year + from now! You are going to be huge.

I never knew you had your ligs cut soma, who did you go with?

If I'm not mistaken, Soma went to Dr. Brian Rosenthal. Dr. Rosenthal is also a Urologist, which for me personally, adds greatly to his knowledge and ability to perform and troubleshoot such procedures successfully. Many Phalloplasty surgeons don't possess a thorough understanding of penile anatomy. Shame. Shame. Shame.

Is Dr. Rosenthal based in America?

I'm new here and thinking about lengthening with Dr. C. Im confused though, is it Camacho or Casavantes?

I'm actually thinking about doing it say in late september/october?

Dr. Camacho is a board certified plastic surgeon and he is the one that performs the ligamentolysis, if requested, he can team up with Dr. Casavantes to have pmma for girth enhancement at the same time. I am considering both also in september.

Miracle is correct, I went with Rosenthal. Also, as tempting (cheap) as it is to head to Mexico and get PMMA, I'm choosing to have an additional layer of Belladerm added to get me to my Girth goal, in October-

Somebody mentioned collagen, maybe it's common knowledge here, but:

Thanks for the recommendation. I use a similar product from VitaminShoppe and it works really well. Plus, it's organic and has clinical trials to prove it's efficacy. I'm 38 in October and had the beginning signs of aging. Glabellar, periorbital, nasolabial and worry lines; all on the cusp of aging my handsome face. That's right. I'm good looking (hee hee). This stuff works miracles but it took about 2 months to really see a difference in the mirror. If I weren't married with children, I'd be out scouting the colleges. People always guess my age at around 23. Your recommendation is much cheaper so I may have to give it a shot.
