If he's "slightly" bigger than him, then why would you even think another round would be necessary? MM volumetrically is probably the largest guy on this forum, and volumetrically is a world-class Dick as far as size goes. I read your entire story and, I must say, I was intrigued and entertained. Well written! I think I have some of the same hang ups you had at a young age about thinking that my penis was too small. Yes, Priapism (regardless of cause) has been shown to increase penis size. It has also been shown to cause impotency.

1/500 AA have the disease, so 1,000,000 AA/500 = 2000 people, of those 42% have priapisms, which is 840 people. Not sure how you calculated 70. Maybe I'm wrong. There are roughly 20,000,000 AA men in the USA so divide that by 500, and we got 40,000 men w/SCD /42% have priapsims = 16,600... basically a negligible number indeed. But that was never my point. My simple intention was to express prolonged Priapism can cause megalophallus, a permanent increased size. He had a dermal graft not fat transfer. His gains were nothing out of the ordinary for a dermal graft. It was nothing to do with Priapism.

I agree with Jimmy that I would also like to know how messageman got his first additional Inch of Girth. I always read that fat or Dermal Grafts were temporary and left horrible scars in the place where the grafts were cut from, ie. in the ass. He explained that after the elite implant was taken out, the scar tissue left from that also added to his Girth (but took away a lot of the sensitivity). So messageman would you like to elaborate on that ? Maybe the dermal grafting isn't so bad after all. 1 extra Inch in Girth is enough for most people I think, and dermal grafting will certainly not give foreign body reactions so in the long run it could be a safer bet then PMMA ? Just to clarify:
1) I am not black (not that there is anything wrong with that)
2) I do not have sickle cell anemia
3) I do not have Priapism but would have given my right nut to have had it during my penis size obsessive teens and twenties...I only say this half jokingly
How did I get my Girth? Here is the short version:
Originally 5 inches in Girth
1) First graft basically totally absorbed
2) Second graft was a big success. It added about 2 inches initially, but over time it absorbed down to 1 Inch...giving me a very respectable 6 inches in Girth. I have had it for 18 years.
3) My Elist implant was put over the grafts, but when the implant became infected, and was subsequently removed, the capsule (scar tissue) gave me an extra 3/4 of an Inch. This brought me up to a super respectable 6 and 3/4 Inch Girth.
4) I then had a PMMA treatment that brought me to 7 inches....
5) I then had a 2nd PMMA treatment that brought me to my current Girth of 7.5 inches (my length is about 8 inches)
I have horrible scars on my ass cheeks from the harvesting of the dermal for the grafts.
I also have noticeable scars along the top of my my penis from my first lengthening operation.
All-in-all I am very happy with my penis. I hope to eventually have cosmetic work to fix the scarring...And if Dr. C perfects a safe way of enlarging the glans, I may be tempted.

I've only had sex with one girl since getting PMMA, but i can tell you she loves it.
