I go from 7.5"ish to 7.75"EG. I'm only pumping lightly and I don't hold the vacuum for more than 5 minutes at the most. Perhaps the fact that I fill the tube assists in keeping aesthetic results. It could also be related to the Silikon. I would set 5.5" - 5.75" as a goal. I have no idea what my size would do to a woman whose never given birth. I didn't plan on being this large but am happy with my current size. I believe they could take even bigger. But here is the thing: they certainly don't need anything that big to feel full and satisfied. I would agree that 5.5 to 5.75 is enough for that "thick penis" effect during sex. My size has fluctuated from an injury I sustained almost two years ago. I have gone from 6 to 5.5, and back to about 6 again with healing and exercises. Though I feel better about myself for recovering the size, I honestly don't think it has made that much of a difference in the quality of the sex I've had, at least from the woman's perspective, which I can only imagine to an extent, of course. I do like the idea of having an even bigger one, something in Miracle's territory, but it's really not necessary. All the same, you have a great result, Miracle.
