I agree that this is indeed not at all a proper conclusion I wished to arrive at. Especially with this woman I have slept with many many times and often done so much to satisfy while not reaching near what came so easily with Girth. What irks me most is that she seems to love me more, although I had no merit at all and certainly far less than before. This also hurts because it confirms my earlier suspicions that at least on a few occasions I did probably lose several women I cared deeply for to lesser men who were simply better endowed. Not that they were necessarily consciously focused on them packing a bigger wad, just that the intercourse results in an entirely different sexual response and loving devotion.
So I will have to say that at least in this one case with a woman who previously gave birth that she has had entirely different reactions to me. She is in no way aware it is due to that, saying something has changed about my face, and that it is also something about my demeanor which isn't the same. Yet without the slight added Girth I doubt that any amount of confidence could have made her "melt" like the extra size did. Not that it must be huge but large enough to stimulate such a reaction. Size does matter, it must be enough, but so far I have no evidence that larger is better unless you need Girth like I did. Today is probably less than it should be in a month's time after collagen buildup, so we'll see then if she finally notices why. And moreso if the moans turn to shrieks as some other guys here report. This is very unsettling as it is purely physical and has nothing to do with love or even sexual exploits...

HC It does my good to hear that your post operative sexual encounter was so positive. I think that what matters is that some mechanical stretching suffice for a woman to feel such a filling device. I had slept a long time ago with the same girl before she had kids and she says now that it is like back then. So I guess she remembers having been similarly satisfied by our early encounters with my original Girth. Yet I also have my memories, and I recall she was quite happy but not taken quite so swiftly nor lifted to such heights of satisfaction. I also noticed for the first time that we needed lubrication, because before she would only get into it if she was already fully ready mentally whereas now she's attracted to go at it even before any foreplay. Quite a vivid change.
In any case it proves a point that a given women has a given Girth requirement, whether she knows it or not. Sure she'd rather not have Girth if it comes at the end of some unattractive oaf, and would prefer to find ways be satisfied and contented in the company of a man she loves and respects. But given the chance at both all rolled into one, I expect most women would not complain. So this must depend both on their original size and also on what extra stretch is enough to set off those uncontrollable reactions which drive them wild.
In this case, I've already at this intermediate stage struck the sweet spot which is vital to reach. Meaning that even if extra Girth takes her onto new, wilder sensations. it isn't nearly as dramatic an achievement as shifting sex from humdrum routine to unfettered eroticism. So I think that Girth is an important PE quest for anyone whose lady has had kids. The necessity or not of such Girth enhancing PE probably depends on our own and the girl's original size, and what extra displacement is needed for her to reach that erotic zone by stretching her out.

I can't say that the extra Girth itself made any difference to me, especially as it is NOT anywhere like what you see in those pictures. The above account is with the entire thing gone into "dormant mode" whereby there is no more swelling yet not yet the collagen buildup. So there is a change but it is not so great, yet it was enough to make a difference in this particular case, You do well to point out that I didn't mention my own experience of this change. This is normal for someone who for many years sought to compensate lack of dimension by dedication to a woman's well-being. I have never been in "self-service mode" using a woman's body to provide me satisfaction. This doesn't mean that it didn't happen as part of the process but it has always been far from my motivations. So what I can say is that the experience of a woman going wild over you is far different from that of a woman you are going wild over to satisfy. First it is a whole lot less work, instead of half and hour of effort to reach a certain response you get it within twenty seconds not even expecting it. This is hard to stomach after years of dedication and application in developing expert treatments. All for what? A lesser result than some bloke sporting a slightly thicker knob?!? So sure it is incredible having a woman go wild over what I can only now call for the first time one's "Man Pole" and to be focused not around it but around you as if you were the center of her universe. Now I also think that at least part of the equation was that she's been stuck on me for years and was also making a play for me. But that can't explain the insane physical reactions she never had before. Regarding BPEL I think I've shrunk down possibly due to the injections of Pregnyl or for some other unknown reason and am too demoralized at this date to dare measure it. So I will wait until something has changed, maybe once the collagen has settled in giving some form of satisfaction, before going at it with the measuring tape again. In any case the results achieved in bed were with short Erect length proving that it is all about Girth and that length while not a problem if not excessive is "just gravy". FWIW HC

Thanks for your words which matter as I was myself almost too shy to join this forum not to mention reveal my past traumas much less actually go out and take steps to change it. This place turned my life around, or at least contributed to this an a major way. Thanks SO, moderators and all the cool friends and members here who paved the way!
As an update, while my Girth isn't near what it looked in the initial pictures I am starting at last to grow. It has now been 18 days since my first PMMA session. I told her I had taken quite a few supplements and was using the pump to impact its size. She said "don't do anything dangerous" and then was shocked when I said did you notice it is shorter since I started taking those shots? She yelled back "you're joking, of course" and when I said no, it got shorter from the shots but thicker from the supplements she just retorted "One thing is for sure it is definitely a lot larger". So apparently she couldn't care less how long the darn thing is as long as it is large in the sense that counts.
Then in bed she grabbed ahold of it and said "it is huge, tell me you haven't done something else..." to which I readily replied again with the supplements adding for good measure that they say that the more you have sex while taking them the more it grows. She gave me a wild look and seemed intent on doing her share! All this from a girl who says only feelings count and women don't care about penises but just how cute a guy's body is. Game Two goes to PMMA. Also she just won't do it the usual way anymore, this is getting mighty weird. She says its because before she was never able to relax. So I guess Girth provokes a neurological reaction?

Update
3 weeks after my first PMMA session exactly 21 days after the injections I am starting to have a bit of collagen buildup. The second phase of the procedure is kicking in and should continue during the next 3 weeks if others are any example.

While it might look diminutive next to the earlier pictures taken immediately post op, let us remember that one month earlier I posted my alarm about turtleing at around one Inch in length with what looked like similar Girth yet. Yikes!

Well, she's actually not all that old you know... lol I haven't measure it yet because all my tape measures are of the metallic roll out type which is neither comfortable or perfectly precise. I can say that it is not at all as thick as my post operative pictures, maybe half way in between the original Girth and that one, if even that much. I will measure and post pictures.
She told me today grabbing hold of it "you're really enormous" so she had it well in memory and is quite sensitive to the increase in Girth. Then during about a 2 hour long rompus, she went wild and said it had never been as good in her life. She was glowing and beaming all the while. Even when I got distracted and semi soft - which at my original Girth would have been the end of it for her, she went all out to get me back into it and even with it semi flacid inside her she said "there is something about it which is really incredible..."
I conclude that there is something about the texture of a PMMA enhanced unit which at least for this lady does something erogenous and enticing. Is it because the collagen isn't built up there and she unconsciously senses the New Plastic beads? If so will she enjoy it as much when thicker as they will no longer be at the surface and it will have a smoother texture? I guess we'll see, although she is leaving in a few days and I won't see her until another six weeks go by. I guess I'll have to find out some other way? lol

This is true, but when she was letting go of me in a way I sort of wanted now I have to contend with her reluctancy to let go. Last night she was in tears saying she's anxious she will lose me, and what has changed other than my Girth? I said it's because now I have something more but she says "Don't be silly, it's because I love you". So while Girth through PMMA might not be a magic love formula it certainly gives "AMPLE" pretext for that love to find its expression in multiple ways...

Actually I'm not feeling too frisky these days but I attribute it to both having a 'stiff nose tip' with hardened bloating post surgery and also my forehead and eyes being fairly burned after the highest of intensities of CO laser blasting. It's been sort of hectic also my personal life having been fairly brutally jilted by the woman who brought me to seek out PE and also the rest of all the improvements in my life which go beyond the physical but also reach to life choices and vocational quests. So all this isn't something which leads to the most impressive erections...
I can say however that I am at present measuring about a quarter thicker than my original Girth, but also that even with not that much extra thickness the texture of it is firmer than the softer original feel. This tends to make a PMMA enhanced unit less squishy than a semi-firm penis, implying that it seems harder than it really is. However I have yet to experience a real boner so to speak. Maybe at some later date, in happier psychological circumstances? Or with a woman who really drives me wild? One can always hope and its true that anything can happen, especially with "enhanced" confidence lol.
