TOPIC: Sizemic's PE and PMMA log

Like SO says, your gland to shaft ratio is looking excellent. Thats still a bit of a concern for me as I think my head might not be able to fit with the Girth I'm looking to get.
Half of my problem is that my head doesnt seem to get as inflated and hard as the rest of my shaft when I'm Erect, like it doesnt fill up as much as it can, have you noticed any differences related to that post-PMMA? I could see the implant possibly promoting more blood flow up to it.

I would say that I'm envious Sizemic but I'd be telling the truth.

Looks great and is making me strongly consider heading down Mexico way to get this done. You look natural and uniform. Probably making the girls salivate I am sure.
I do have a question or two though if you don't mind. 1. How noticeable is the PMMA to the touch2. The ring at the top below the glans was much more pronounced in the first surgery. Was that due to overfilling or what. I see it has been corrected so to speak.

1. I find PMMA not noticable at all to the touch really. If you have a ridge you will notice it, but if it isn't bad I am sure your partner wont comment.

2. The ring is actually quite apparent with most guys after their first PMMA session. It isn't due to overfilling, Its just the way it seems to settle. They didn't due anything special to correct it.. Just filled the PMMA right up to it, but not over it this time.

14 days post round 2 (2 weeks) measurments:
Circ scar Girth = 5.625"
Mid-shaft Girth= 5.875"
Base Girth = 6.375"

Those are pretty exact measurements... should probably just say 5.9" mid-shaft at week 2 I am hoping that just a little bit more collagen will form to give me my desired 6"...
