Size, Have you fucked a woman up the arse with that?
What's your protocol for getting it out in front of a woman? Do you tell them you've had anything done?

I've only done anal once since I got any PMMA and it was back when I was around 7" Girth or so. I've never really been into anal though so I don't mind not having it.

I normally tell girls when they see it for the first time that I had blood flow issues when I was a kid and it caused my Dick to be this big. I've never had anyone call bullshit to that story so I'm sticking with it! Do you have full current Dick pics (both Erect & Flaccid)? I've seen your full length 2011/12 pics, but not your current one. I ask because you have the shape I'm looking for (Pg 58) and I want to get a better overall idea of what to ask Dr C to do.

I think Sizemic glans looks great and natural, I can't imagine anyone noticing anything. Any glans look a little "rough" naturally.

I think guys, especially here, are so much more aware of Dick/glans/Balls aesthetics than most non porn women can ever imagine. Hence some of us tend to be so picky perhaps. I have never had a woman tell me my unit was enhanced, they'd just look surprised with its size compared to my body size, When they ask why I have a big unit, I tell them my Sicilian dad (he is Italian) gave it to me through genes, they laugh and we get on with business and they seem to love it, overall!

I agree with Mustang. I don't think anyone else looking at it would think there is anything going on with the glans.

Considering how large it is, there seems to be hardly any imperfections at all.

Dr. Casavantes in Tijuana Mexico. His "glans enhancement" procedure is a very different procedure from Dr. Kim's using a different filler (silikon1000). Dr C only does a series of micro-droplets of very low volume only on the corona (outer ridge) of the glans.

Edit: but thanks for the warning about Dr. Kim. It's important that this kind of information gets out so thanks for sharing and I hope you re-gain proper function of your unit. I've seen what can happen with the glans, including Necrosis, it's very scary when things go wrong. Remember though that we're here for you.

I am super curious about this scrotal enhancement procedure. Would you mind posting pics? I have always had tiny Balls and would love a more full sack, nothing big, just more average!

I have definitely noticed decreased sensitivity in the glans... and I don't like it. At one point I'd say I lost about 50% of my glans sensitivity. Not sure why so much but at least now its back to around 25% or so less sensitive...

People who feel this is a positive thing are ridiculous... I literally could not feel the ridge of my glans for a few days... imagine putting your Dick into a nice tight vagina and not feeling anything... it was fucking terrible and I was quite upset about it.

I waited a week or 2 before reporting, hoping I'd gain some sensitivity back, and it seems like I have (I can at least feel penetration now)... But I'm telling you guys it was pretty fucking scary. I'm very glad I didn't get more in my glans then I did. In all honesty I'd say it isn't worth the $300 and marginal size increase. Not if you are going to lose sensitivity.

Ball pics might come... but I didn't really take any decent before pics to compare to...

I'd really like to know more about your nuts! What are your overall thoughts on it? I just want a little enhancement. I was thinking maybe 15-20 ccs just to fill them out a little. Are you able to feel the silicone in the scrotum at all? Does it just feel like slightly thicker scrotum skin?

So another update...

Not sure if it was the Botox or all the pot I was smoking after my last round, but my sensitivity has pretty much returned and the little raised areas on the glans have calmed down. I still can sort of tell where they are, but no one would ever notice if I didn't tell them I had my glans injected.

I'm a big fan of the larger / fuller sac. At first it takes a bit getting used to (the sac feels full of extra thick fluid... so sometimes you need to squeeze around to find your testies as the silicone sort of makes your sac bigger and lower than your nuts might sit).

I think 50cc is a perfect amount to fill out your sac and still appear and feel mostly natural. Any lower and I'd worry you wouldn't notice enough of a difference and any more in one go you'd probably be worried about migration. After about a week I wasn't worried at all about migration (even working out or biking).

Since I haven't really shared a full Dick pic here since like round 4... and since you guys asked for a Flaccid and nut shot I figure I'd share one.

For what it's worth... I am thinking about getting another 50cc in the scrotum likely at the end of the summer or early fall... if you read this and are thinking of heading down at a similar time let me know and we can meet up for a drink or dinner or something....

Anyway, I figure I'd do just the 50cc more and after which I will likely retire my genitals from more work for the foreseeable future. I'm not really a fan of the big 200+cc scrotums out there. My Dick was retired after last round's Smooth finish and glans enhancement.

Anyway, I'm happy to answer questions about the scrotum enlargement or glans enhancement. I feel the glans now are a pretty o.k. result for what I paid for them. I'll still be waiting for the day that an actual decent enlargement procedure comes out for them.. then maybe I'll come out of retirement... but thats only if I'm damn sure of it. I've been very lucky so far.
