@Rondo, also, I have never really been one to bruise or swell. I think the years of aggressive manual PE might be a factor? The entry points are usually healed right up by day 3 or 4 for me. They usually close a couple of hours after I make it to the hotel.

Flaccid is always 6"+ x 6"+ (usually around 6.5" x 6.125") not going to lie... its pretty nice... Its almost embarrassing to have such a big Flaccid in the locker room... I mean its not normal I feel like a lot of people stare... which you would think would be a good thing. Its hard to explain haha.

Sizemic, My search-fu is weak today. Have you had any other augmentations performed? Has the PMMA affected your length at all?

@Androgen, No other augmentations. Only manual PE for 5+ years and then PMMA. PMMA has not affected my length at all. I don't really turtle much anymore during exercise, that's about it.

Damn dude. You got a 2" gain. Pretty frick'n incredible. Looking at your stats where you were before and now is impressive to say the least. I know you are happy with it, as you should be. It's got me leaning back towards jumping in and getting it done.

@Brice, well more like 1.75" improvement so far. 2" in the base. But mid-shaft is what I am most concerned with.

Flaccid Girth was 6.25" midshaft today... I love PMMA haha.

6.25 Flaccid?! Holy shit. Dude I would love to have that size.What kind of increase is that in Flaccid Girth?I've been wondering how the increase translates. For example, would a .5" in Flaccid Girth equal a .5" in Erect? I am not ashamed to say I would be in it for both Flaccid and Erect Girth gains.

It translates differently for different people. Right now my Flaccid Girth is pretty much the same as my Erect. Before it was only 0.25" smaller so im not surprised by this.

Its around a 2" increase in Flaccid Girth. From before I started (4.25" to 6.25"). Sometimes my FG will dip to 6" but I haven't seen it below 6" since I got back from round 4.

Sizemic- I read M7's summary of your gains (thanks M7)- was your Flaccid pre-op the same as your Erect pre-op? That doesn't seem logical...? Perhaps I misunderstood your post. He indicated a pre-op EG of 4.5, and I think you just implied a pre-op Flaccid Girth of 4.5? It seems the 'average' individual has approx. an Inch difference or so. Just wondering..

@Rondo. Yeah the average guy might have a big difference in FG to EG. Mine was only a 0.25" difference (FG was 4.25" EG was 4.5") now its still about a 0.25" difference like it was before. It is too early to give exact measurements because things are still working their magic.

Like I have said before... I am pretty much the definition of a "show-er"... always have been. My Flaccid to Erect length only increases about 1" and Girth only increases about 0.25".

Hope that makes sense. I am probably one of the few members who has noticed NO increase in Flaccid length from PMMA. It only doesn't turtle as small as it used to during exercise.

I'm sure it's tempting, but a lot of the younger, less-experienced ladies may outright turn you down before or in the middle of sex with that kind of size, and you can consider deep throat & anal out of the picture for many. I'd contemplate anything beyond your current size if & when you have a wife & kids or are much older where the landscape are more experienced women with a greater likelihood of having had children.
Your current unit is bigger than a lot of porn stars, and I'm sure an escort would tell you that right now (not that I recommend that course of action lol).
