 Hello All,

First I would like to thank all of you for putting all of this information out there.

Anyway, I want to do PMMA with Avanti Derma. I have turkey neck or periscrotal webbing that extends above half way up the shaft. The Avanti Derma website claims they can still do the procedure, but special measures need to be taken to prevent migration into the scrotum.

Has anyone with turkey neck on these boards gone through with the procedure? And if so, could they inform me of what exactly these special measures are? And if the webbing in anyway limited the amount of Girth that can be expected from the procedure?
