I wear it 20 to 30 min at a time to avoid blisters. I work outside self employed and was able to wear at least 6 hours a day. Also bought a stretcher very similar to the hog and used but just to bulky to wear around under loose jeans. It can definitely apply more tension though. After PMMA in Sept 2025 I hurt base of my Dick with penimaster on way home from appointment. Big fumble on my end then in January using penimaster again i gave myself huge blister on glands. I have both a Hanger and stretcher. I hear people get better results from Hanging. That’s interesting 1,000 hours or so for an Inch. I’m assuming this is a very strict routine. Sorry to hear about the injury. I hear it takes longer and you have to be careful with the filler. I do hear the guys prefer Hanging over extending. Which I got the length prior to the filler. Ive added 7/8 - 1 since July 2025 to current. I was using the ads at least 6 hours a day and it definitely work but it is cumbersome in the real world. After PMMA I stopped using it for while because it hurt base of my Dick. Tried again in January 26 for a bit then switched to an ads after a blister on glands. Penimaster has a diaphragm that seats tightly on the glans and kinda mimics tape. It a pia though and kept breaking on me. I keep track of my hours weight ect on a daily basis and it seems to compliment the PMMA at least for me. It took awhile for my gains to settle in and now with Hanging it feels and looks like im gaining again. It has definitely got my collagen production kicking in again. Im happy to share gains, logs, picts, timeline ect especially if it can potentially help someone out. Im going to continue to hit it hard until end of this year and see where everything shakes out. Not sure if ill keep going after that because of the dedication it takes but ultimately it will be up to my wife lol. She's why im doing this. Large baby's, natural birth then menopause and things that used to work for us(size of my Dick) suddenly didn't cut it anymore. It took us along time and tons of trial and error to arrive at this conclusion.
