I’ll be focusing specifically on non-surgical protocols and documenting everything in detail so others can learn from the process. I have consultations lined up this week and, prior to those discussions, I’ve mapped out a plan: • Phase 1: Rejuvall MaxL Protocol (90 Days) I’ll be committing fully to the MaxL program and following the protocol without deviation. This will be a 90-day structured process, and I plan to log my progress here with honest updates, notes, and photos (using the taught method during my in-person visit at Rejuvall as the baseline). • Rest Period (2–3 Months) After completing the MaxL cycle, I’ll be taking a deliberate break from any PE work to reset before moving forward. • Phase 2: P-Long Protocol Once the break is complete, I’ll begin the P-Long protocol, again documenting the process step by step without straying from the recommended guidelines. The goal is to run these back-to-back (with the reset in between), to give a clear, real-world perspective of how each protocol works, both on its own and as part of a longer-term journey. I’m genuinely excited to share the ups and downs here, and hopefully this documentation can help others considering these paths. At the same time, I’m also very open to collaborating with providers since I believe sharing transparent results benefits both the community and the clinics behind these protocols. I’m currently in Istanbul til then end of the month. But am eager for my consultation and beginning this journey. It would be ideal to start in January just to maintain consistency with the protocol as I will be keeping track of when each exercise is performed with the goal of uniformity. I worry traveling for the holidays could create difficulties. This may not be the case, but is something I’m thinking about, and will bring up during said consult.
