Then the pandemic happened, and then the conflict. In general, all my dreams of development have collapsed, since I live in the wrong country for this) I can't open an account, paypal doesn't work with Russia. While I'm not normally in the business of selling/promoting penis enlargement devices, I actually happen to own a Bathmate, and also happen to have two device advertisers on the site, so it wouldn't be out of the ordinary now like it would have years ago.
