So one can easily gain 0.5" EG by a quick pump session plus a Cock ring. Please take this with a grain of salt. One accomplishment a trend does not make, however it was exciting. I typically hit 4 1/8" to 4 1/4" on erectile Girth. But over the weekend I tried a new technique and hit 4 1/2" solid. step one: get an Erection step two: pump with the penis already Erect (getting the pump on was a bit more difficult) step three: pump for 10 min. on 2 min. rest and 10 min. on step four: take pump off, get Erect again and put on Cock ring. a solid 4 1/2" EG! for me...a big deal. And it inspired me to try a cockring. Keith: you mean you pumped for 10min, then 2min rest, then another 10min? Ok, what i did recently: 5min of pumping at 100millibar, then in the middle somewhere i do 200millibar for a minute 100 millibar = 2.95 hg 200 millibar = 5.9 hg (People say 'stay under 5hg and under 5min' to not have negative effects) And: i use a cockring. There were 2 'entry-parts' for the pump included with my pump, a smaller one and a girthier one. I take the smaller one now just as a cockring. It works great to keep me more Erect. Result: directly after pumping i have 14.5cm, up from normal 13.7. So that is great, **goal seems already reached - skin expansion as preparation for a next PMMA session**.
