I call this a Cock sock. I used a previous medical product and liked some things and didn't like some others; So i had a shit load of this made. Ive been testing it and so on - for durability and wearability and frankly I fucking love it. Im trying to work on some different shades now, to achieve a color similar to me. Any way, here's two pics wrapped and one not. This is after a full days wear so you can see the ends are slightly frayed, I usually get a few wears out of them before discarding. I have two layers on here to hold my length after i had hung and then went out for the day. Sometimes a cut a piece longer to cover my glans and sometimes I dont. As with ANY type of sleeve or wearable compression device or garment, the Frenulum area will swell slightly. This is easily compressible later, or you can use tape prior to putting these on. Frankly it doesn't bother me that bad so do not tape that often. I wear these out, I ALWAYS wear them to sleep.
