Use a lube also to help it seal. Don't get too much on your scrotum or you will have a better risk of it getting sucked inside. Try 1-2 hg for 5 minutes x3 for your first go around. Besides, most of my successful manual PE work (gaining as much as a whole Inch in Erect length through routine wet jelqs over a decade ago, but failing to cement it) came in the shower (I think the warmth and humidity of the setting provided some assist, but I'm not sure ??). I feel I get a better deal with everything being wet. I had a bathmate but there really isn't a way to control the pressure and I didn't know exactly what was going on. With the leluv tube and hand pump I can control exactly the pressure I need. Plus it was way cheaper than the bathmate that now just sits in a box in the basement. So you can use this before sexual intercourse. I do not know the name of these creams.
