Has anyone with fillers had issues with using an extender? Has anyone had EL gains with using an extender only? I’ve stopped doing manual PE since I’ve gotten HA and I’m basically just looking for some length before I commit to another filler procedure. Also any advice or tips with using extenders? I seem to have issues with the noose near my glans and I also have issues with the tension coming undone. It seems like my extender comes apart once I get to 1200g I’ve done 1 hour a day at 900 for the past week and yesterday I did an hour and half total with a 15 min break in between. My short term goal is get 0.25 - 0.5” in EL in the next 3-4 months. Is this a realistic goal? I was using it for 4-6 hours per day averaging a little over 100 hours a month (I obviously missed days). Just started using it again recently as well as Hanging and have already gained another 1/4". Hoping to get another 1/4 to 1/2 before I go in for my second procedure in January.
