If you can get it to fit you correctly it can be very comfortable. They say it’s safe to sleep in. I haven’t had the chance to look into either of the other ones that were mentioned but I feel like this is a must for me. As much time per day that you need to spend in one to have it work, it seems way more convenient to wear it while you sleep. You wouldn’t have to worry about people seeing it or getting in and out of it in a public restroom. Does anybody have any personal experience with the Phallosan Forte that they can share? But I do love the vacuum cap and I use it together with the penimaster pro extender and rods. I wouldn’t sleep with it on though. If your pants are loose enough it isn't really noticeable when Hanging down except the vacuum head can be seen through your pants. If you are stretching upward, it will hide in your belt line and if you don't tuck in your shirt it is basically invisible.
