Rats studies are total trash and people doing those kind of studies are wasting money, time and hindering real progress.With animal studies most likely we'll never be able to understand deep enough the process of penile growth and androgen receptor activation. It is not simple or impossible to explain in a rigourous way why animal models will never hold predictive value for human response in a single message. By googling dr Ray Greek and Trans Species Modelling Theory you can get much more knowledgeable on the question.I wouldn't bet on CRISP technology, but organs on a chip is a suitable and human relevant platform for testing gene therapy and multi gene therapy. Organs on a chip and organoids would be very useful in increasing our understanding of the processes mentioned above and for seeing the effect of chemicals on androgen receptors. We must bet on human relevant technology. Obviously animal models are hindering clinical progress even in major diseases(neurodegenerative conditions,cancer,cardiovascoular problems and so on) . The fact we don't have decent treatments for these conditions, implies that there are much less resources for male cosmetic enhancement research. This is in combination with stigma as pointed out by Skeptical One.
Finally, an example on how to waste time on useless studies in matters closely related to phalloplasty and penis enlargement, specifically erectile penile regeneration:As stated in this paper( pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31649327/ ).

So esentially we are making research on models which in decades haven't given us useful clinical applications. And most likely the same will hold true even with larger animal models. There's esentially something broken on how reasearch is being done.

No, it's the contrary since it's on rats. Animal models cannot predict human response. [sup]It's highly unlikely to work in humans[/sup] .These are the kind of studies hindering real progress and stealing hopes of millions and millions of men worldwide.I encourage you to be much more critical of animal studies next time.They haven't worked for decades, they can't be trusted. We need human based research in order to have real chances of success.

Actually this "Anti-LOX drug" is the first thing ever (besides Perovic's disassembly technique), that in theory could somewhat lengthen the penis. But as said above, rats studies are not comparable to human. It should be tested on humans first to prove its efficacy. But who knows, maybe it's the first thing ever in history that a new drug with a combination with traction could lengthen the penis up to 10-20% from original length.

P.S. But who needs this experimental shit that at best would make penis 10% to 20% longer if we already have a magic procedure which makes ERECT length 3 inches longer? lol.

Thats what i believe. That in theory it could lengthen your penis if used with an extender.
But theres human studies needed which will probably never happened.

Theres an alternative way that is tested on humans now. They "heat" up the connective tissues and collagen. If kept in a extended state for 60 minutes the size will stay. It was tested on humans already and worked. However theres more tests needed.
