This sounded good to me as I suffer from lots of shrinkage from minor things and I just don't like my Flaccid penis. I have been taking flomax 400mcg for 2days and I have noticed no difference to my Flaccid penis or urination but I'm more concerned with the Flaccid penis , do I need to take it for longer untill it makes a difference to my Flaccid ? Or should I try another alpha blocker? I like doxazosin better seems to work faster but flomax worked longer. Real benefits was I could actually pee again , didn’t wake up 2-3 times a night to try and piss. Before taking it, I was totally unaware that this was a side effect. I took my first dose in the evening. Had a shower the following morning and thought I looked bigger than before but thought no more about it. Next day I looked again and thought “wow”. I then googled it for confirmation. It’s not mentioned a lot I have only seen it in a few posts. I’m delighted with the results suffice to say. I wish you luck with a different alpha blocker. I prescribe prazosin (=Flomax) 1 mg morning and night. The guess is it dilates blood vessels in the corpus and fills it up more. Why it works differently on different guys is probably related to why some guys are growers, some showers ant it can be really variable in size. I find some guys just dont want to come off of it. Remember it has an additive effect with Viagra/Cialis is dropping the blood pressure - potentially lethally. Need minimum of 4 hours between alpha blocker and Viagra.
