It was helpful for ED. It does nothing for size (other than temporary swelling and temporarily increased blood flow). I discussed this extensively with a friend who worked in a stem cell lab at Stanford; these are mesenchymal stem cells; they can signal various factors in the tissue to promote healing...but tissue requires a complex series of stimuli to grow.
