I need it bad. So I did it a year ago i would say consistently 4-5 hours a day 5 days a week solid consistent. I may have gained .25 which was hard to maintain. but it became clear to me that real gains are not realistic...and now im together with people which would never allow me privacy to dedicate that amount of time. I would stay away from the lig cut. Yup ive been scared away from lig cuts did enough research on that thanks to u guys. Extender has some merit but nothing near enough. Doing Hanging and pumping wont be realistic for me-just being practical. Im still waiting for that miracle day when someone posts a reasonable solution to the length dilemma once and for real (similar to PMMA)..(it bothers me so much that no medical solution has been provided for length impossible!) and i have to listen and watch all the PMMA guys beefing up while me and the length guys can do little more than jack shit..
