 She is a MTF and her name is Bailey Jay. Look up videos from a few years ago and more recent ones. Obivously I don't know for sure she had PMMA but with my research that would be my educated guess. Check her out, makes me want to get PMMA for sure!

 Bailey Jay does look much larger in her recent photos though she's never exactly been tiny. But not sure she's had enlargement procedures of any sort.
