I started looking into PE after I saw one his films for the first time. I become obsessed with getting bigger. My unit is ~7.5", and I'm still not in Tony's neighborhood. I did all of that - lig, Hanging and gained 1.25" over the course of a year and a half of Hanging every day 8-10 hours, but if I had to hang that much I am not sure what the lig cut did. It made my Flaccid longer but I don't know if the lig cut as necessary. I also found using DMSO 3 times per day and heat really helped. I never gained until I used those methods, but then added about 1/2" in a relatively short space of time. Unfortunately I lost my gains following one of the my "reconstructive" surgery.
