Have you spoken to your wife about the possibility of vaginal tightening surgery? I know its a tricky subject to broach with a woman, but in your situation it's probably something worth considering. PMMA isn't without risks and you don't know what the future holds. It's not very often guys reports that sort of gains you are after and you'd probably need a hell of a lot of PMMA injected over several sessions. So I think you should consider all possible alternatives before thinking about doing something as having a permanent foreign body filler injected.

Tree trunk was the IMHO perfect as my wife has described him. 8 nbpel and thicker than me. She used a regular ruler.
I am 6.25 BPEL due to a big fat pad I'm not happy with my nbpel. I'd be so damn happy to be 6.25 eg. I tried manual pe for a year with negligible results. I guess a .25 gain is a gain.
I had issues with red spots, a couple of bulges/bruising on the right side, and there is some discoloration below the glans on the right side. Visible When I Am flacid, See Flacid pic.
There was some loss of sensation so it was just not worth it for me to continue pe manually. That's why I started looking into PMMA and pumps.
I see some guys get great results like new, so, mustang and some others here.

Hi guys. I'm new to this forum and wanted to introduce myself.

Why I'm here:

As long as I can remember, I've always been somewhat disappointed with my size. I was Mr. Average with 5.9" NBPEL and 4.9" MSEG. But, I made the best of it and never got laughed out of bed or anything. On several occasions in my youth, I made the mistake of asking girlfriends about their sexual histories. In just about every case, there were a number of guys that were much larger than me. Of course, since I was dating them, they always said that it didn't matter and that I was better than the bigger guys despite the size difference. Obviously, I didn't believe them.

Fortunately, I corrected that mistake and stopped asking women about their past partners. Maybe numbers were discussed at some point, but no details. After a while, I was at peace with my piece (apologies for the corny alliteration). I ended up getting married to a girl who was a "perfect fit" for me. Sex was great, no complaints on my end. If she was dissatisfied she didn't let on, so everything was smiles and sunshine.

Fast forward to roughly 18 months ago. My wife had just given birth to our third child, about 14 months after our second child (all vaginal births). The two pregnancies that close together had left her extremely loose in her girl parts (she was basically back to normal after #1 & #2). The first time we had sex after the delivery, I literally felt like I was stirring a glass of warm water with my Dick. It was awful. She pretended like nothing was wrong, but she didn't orgasm or even come anywhere close. Sex was infrequent for a couple months, like maybe once a week if I was lucky.

I started looking for solutions to the obvious problem, and I stumbled upon extender sleeves. For those that aren't aware, these are basically hollowed-out strap-on dildos that vacuum seal onto your Dick while you fuck. They can add significant length and Girth. My wife's birthday was approaching, so I decided to go out and get one. I also got us a hotel room for the night, which we went to after a nice night out on the town.

In the middle of going down on her after we got back to the room, I pulled the extender on and lubed it up. She didn't know what was going on since I obviously did not warn her of what I was about to do, and she'd had a few drinks so her inhibitions were lowered. The extender (which I measured later on) ended up being just over 7" in both length and Girth while I wore it. Needless to say, after I slowly worked it into her, she went fucking bananas on it. She orgasmed almost right away (within a minute at most), and then twice more after that. This time she was stone-cold sober so she knew what was coming. I could tell she didn't want to like it (she even asked "why do you have to use that?"), but she couldn't help herself. Again, she had multiple Os. Again, I basically didn't even have to try to get her off. And again, I was extremely conflicted. Actually much moreso, because in my mind this totally confirmed that my wife needed a much bigger penis than I could give her to be satisfied. I never used the extenders again, for fear that I'd get her hooked on them and she'd never want my skinny little prick again.

At this point I started to research natural PE, and started a stretching a Jelqing routine. I kept that up for about 4 months with maybe an 1/8" EL gain and no Girth gain. Then I bought a Bathmate. This seemed to work pretty well, but goddamn it was a pain in the ass to use with the water and everything. Plus I bought one that was too big, so my Balls were constantly getting sucked into the tube, and that hurt like crazy.

Eventually I found a good air pump, and that's what I've been using for just under a year now. I've made some decent gains, and am up to 6.75" NBPEL and 5.25" MSEG (cold, after 48 hrs with no pumping). I've had some light bruising and the occasional donut ring, but otherwise it's been somewhat smooth (and slow) sailing. As my Dick has grown, sex has become gradually more pleasurable for both of us. I can now get her to orgasm from penetration again, though I have to damn near myself to get her there it like I always did before, and that's only if I (ironically) don't get her really turned on before we start to fuck. If she's extremely wet, it's warm glass of water time, and the only way she can cum with me inside her then is to climb on top and grind her clit against me until she pops. It takes so much effort that it's not even fun. I enjoy it, just like I enjoy a hard workout, but it's not fun like I feel it should be. I feel uptight and ultra-focused when I feel like I should be able to be loose and fun. I know having the proper equipment to be able to hit her spots without so much strain would allow me to do this, and our sex life would improve exponentially because of it.

So I'm not satisfied with the gains I've made from pumping and manual stretching (have not tried an ADS because of logistics, but the ESL40 looks promising so I think I'll try that), and I don't think the gains I want/need will be possible without going the surgical route. She won't say it but the way she responded to the extenders is all the confirmation I need that she'd love it if I was bigger. I stumbled on this site after a google search for enhancement surgery before and afters, and needless to say I'm blown away by the results some of you guys are seeing with PMMA. I'm fairly convinced that this is exactly what I'm looking for, but I'd still like to learn more before I take the plunge. I'm looking for a 1.25-1.5" Girth gain (to 6.5-6.75" MSEG), which actually seems achievable based on some of the threads I've seen. I'd also like to start incorporating the ESL40 into my everyday routine, since I'd like to be 7.5-8" NBPEL as well. I think, based on the extender sleeves I used, that this is my wife's ideal size.

Anyhow, that's my story. Thanks for having me fellas. I appreciate all of the effort that some of you have put in to document your progress. It's really been helpful and inspiring. Hopefully I can learn enough to make the right decision and get a great result like so many others have.

Oddly enough I had a convo with a good female friend today (an ex but still very good platonic friend) about my delimma about to PMMA or not. She said no way your very good size. I wish my hubby had a "tool" like yours, we use toys to help out in that department.

Damn I can totally understand why you were conflicted and these experiments prove that for some woman a big penis will make them orgasm fast and easily. If I were you, I would go for the PMMA since you are married and if the aesthetics aren't perfect, it won't be the end of the world. It mostly likely won't be perfect. I was an unlucky one in that department and I'm not married so I have had woman detect things weren't quite right but once I banged them they forget about it and enjoy the size. I'd be happier if it looked completely real. But we can't always have both benefits. I guess what would always be in the back of my mind was thinking my wife was fantasying about large dicks bc now she knows how they make her cum. That would bother my insecure self. I would think she wants to be banged by the real thing and might cheat on me with jamal or tyrone. Hopefully you trust her 100% and are not insecure like me. I can never trust woman 100% I think even if married.

That's not a bad idea. If I could just get her to do some kegels regularly I think it would probably help a lot. I think I could do some damage with 6" MSEG, but 6.75 would rock her world, no doubt.

I'm pretty certain that 6" MSEG is not attainable with just pumping though. I'm still hammering away at it, so we'll see. I probably have at least a year before I would think of resorting to anything else anyhow (after baby #4).

I should clarify, we are talking smallest length wise. 2 of my kids are from an ex and 2 from my wife. All 4 were c sec. It's a long weird story but in a nutshell here is a small gist of it.
