He claims that our body involves the implant with something like a membrane (or something like this.) provoking permanent Girth gains, even when this implant is removed. So I wanted this gain, but I dont want to hold this implant time enough to have it broken inside of me or making inner wounds in my penis. But I am probably wrong about this too.
