I don't know... the guy admittedly is broke while having a child, yet is contemplating spending thousands on a procedure to make his 8x6 bigger... I'm going to have to say the lady has the edge here, and I'm not one to forfeit fraternal priority, so that's saying something lolol.

I have always said and will continue to say that there is a difference between dysmorphia and just wanting to have more size. With measurements like yours and feeling that you are small, you clearly have been struggling with dysmorphia. Your length is incredible and your Girth is too. Actually, a lot of the guys in porn are actually smaller than you, fyi.

As to your question "is it vanity?", that depends on your reasoning for doing it. You should not feel that your size is too small, because it certainly is not. With your size, inadequate is the last thing that should come to mind. On the other hand, if you are aware of your size and just want to be bigger for the sake of being bigger, then yes, it is vanity.

I find this hard to say without sounding hypocritical since I had starting measurements that did not warrant enlargement either. However, I wanted a bigger penis to have a bigger penis. Is that vanity? Of course. Am I ok with that? Yes. The vast majority of people on this forum do not "need" enlargement, but either want it to lift their self esteem and confidence or simply just to be bigger. There is nothing wrong with that as long as you are in the right mindset. I would caution you that if you feel you are small now, having enlargement procedures is not likely to change that. If you read over different reports that guys have made you will see that shortly afterwards, the new size becomes the "new normal" and you can forget where you started. I know that this is true for me as well. It can be easy to take a tumble down the rabbit hole and get a skewed view of reality.

Just approach this cautiously, with a clear mind and intent.

I think that the negativity is coming from the approach.
There are tons of guys on here that want to be bigger than 6" in Girth. If everyone's goal was just to reach "average" then there would be a lot less activity and fewer members on this forum.

But, I will agree with everyone else that you have a large penis. Before you go jumping into any procedures you need to realize that. Otherwise, this will not fix any issues you may or may not have upstairs.

I started out at 7.5" in length and 6" midshaft Girth, did a little stretching and got to 8" length, and got PMMA which got me to 6.5" msg. I cannot knock you wanting to get it, but I will caution you simply because of the underlying reasons for wanting it.

Like others have said, if you come onto a forum like this and say that your size is small, there is going to be a hell of a lot of negativity.
