Priapism certainly causes growth. It can also cause impotence.

Yea, I have read people theorize on Shorty Mac's size. The three I hear most are Priapism, pumping, and Girth surgery. I can't say I know where his size came from. I know this though, having seen pictures of Shorty's Dick... if I paid money for Girth surgery, I'd want it to look better than Shorty's Dick.

Something interesting to think about... it is 7 inches in length. I'm thinking about how "big" it looks at 7 inches in length. Something to think about for those of us who think "nothing under 9 inches will ever look long". I would never think "my Cock is an Inch longer than that one".

So 10 inches of Girth was induced? That's nuts, would be nice if length could be induced this way.
