If I'm honest, from the very first post you made on here, I suspected there was a problems caused by the surgery. I didn't want to say anything as you didn't seem that concerned. There have been cases where guys tear their suspensory ligaments and have the same erectile issues you are having. As soon as I read your first post here, I straightaway thought something similar could have happened to you either during surgery or post op. The other day I said I couldn't understand why you can't get an Erection, as I wondered if you had anymore clarity on the issue. I think you should go and see a Urologist.

Great, thx.

Is this in the US or Canada?

can you have these shots if you have PMMA? I ask because the penile skin with PMMA is a lot thicker and the needle has to go thru it to reach the CC chambers. what needle gauge do you use? can you use insulin 29 gauge? Are there any dangers of injecting in the wrong place and what are those dangers?

Thx in advance!

It sounds like you have the supplements covered. I've found arginine and Cialis/viagra/levitra to be the best for sex drive. I haven't noticed anything from the other 20 things I've taken over the years...but everyone's different. Some say brazil nuts are supposed to be helpful bc they supplement selenium which contributes to T, but it's a bigger puzzle than just that.

Oh, sudafed (the real sudafed, not PE) & klonopin is an insane sex drive enhancer... I totally forgot that one. But, that's just me again... who knows if it would work in anyone else. It's probably just doing something with my own brain chemistry. I discovered it by accident.

Correct, FREE T test is the best way to find out about your real T levels...

Klonopin is a sex enhancer for you? That's amazing. It is meant for a totaly different task. Where do you get your arginine? in pill form, right? TIA

Oh it's totally worth it for me. So they start you off based off your reaction to the sample. There are 3 measurements of medicine in the mix and you will receive two doses per testing dose. Say A and B. A gives you an hour Erection and 7 on firmness. You try B and it gives you 1.5 hrs and 8 on firmness. You call the clinic and tell them. They adjust the B dosage medications and send you C and D. C gives you 2 hrs and 9 on firm, D gives you 2.5 hrs and 10 on firm. You let em know D is your permanent dose and they record that so whenever you need more shots, just call em and say I want x number of shots sent. Btw each time it's shipped it's overnight and 35$, it has to be refrigerated so no way around it.

Oh my plans for PE surgery aren't for at least another 6 months. Promised myself a minimum of 1 year of stretching/Hanging before I even think of trying anything else. Yep I already know where the depression is stemming from, nothing to do with the recent girl or penis issues. Working on that as we speak. I was just kind of... numb... so to speak and didn't realize I was actually just trying to ignore the problem.

Thanks for the words SO.

He did do a free T, but I'll confirm on the thyroid on my follow up. I have noticed when I'm doing my kegels that my glans doesn't engorge like it used to. Before I was having this issue it didn't matter what my penile state was, Flaccid or Erect, I could always make my glans "inflate".

Sometimes girlfriends raise the issue because they sincerely want to help: often, surely not always, men with EQ problems live in a sort of denial or do not want to explicitly confront the issue.

Girls regularly go to a gynecologist, the majority of men has never met an Urologist or/and an andrologist. Mind you, primarily it is not even about sex: sometimes EQ issues point to potentially serious health conditions: why the low level of testosterone? Or, if not low, has an atherosclerois condition developed over time, or ...

This is the main reason we should care. As far as banging a chick away, personally I would not give a toss these days (digression: it might sound odd to you fellas but I believe sex is overvalued while -very expensive and thorough- medical exams have recently confirmed that I am perfectly, insanely, healthy: it is a "mind thing", in my case), and as just explained above, it could be the least of our concerns. Of course, in a number of cases, poor EQ does not hide any serious health condition but perhaps stress or tedium (with life, work, partner, etc). But you have to check!

Having said that, if the girlfriend in case brought up the subject in a rude manner for whatever reason (power game dynamics, etc.) then you absolutely did the right thing dumping her on the spot, in my opinion. I would have done exactly the same.

So called my physician, results came back and the only thing abnormal is my cholesterol is slightly elevated; eating healthy again so that should sort out. And as good news at it is... it's at the same time, bad news. I'm back to square one and have only two realms I can go to now... psychological and the physiology of my penis after the retraction correction.

He said he's had a few cases where it took as long as 6-12 months to regain full sexual function; also stating he hasn't had any reports of total permanent loss of Erection capability.

Personally, I'd suggest working on improving your state-of-mind before pursuing any future Phalloplasty. Sometimes there is a belief that getting a procedure done will do wonders for a guy's state-of-mind, but that isn't always true. Sure, if you were very small to begin with, OR if you were looking for a confidence booster, it might be effective to some extent. But for the majority of members here, any procedure that goes wrong will exacerbate their mental condition more than a successful procedure would to improve it. It's about assessing the risk & benefits.

Depression is tough, you may want asking your doctor to switch anti-depressants. Many years ago I took some (forgot which brand, maybe Zoloft ?), and it most definitely affected my libido. Although depression can be tough, I've always found living a healthy lifestyle can do wonders in elevating your mood and state-of-mind. For those who are greatly affected by depression, please see a medical professional to have it addressed and managed. Like I suggested before, you may want to strongly re-evaluate your PE plans if you believe you are in-fact clinically depressed.

Good luck!

I actually exercise 4-9x a week. I have recently restarted eating healthy again, 90% organic and low carb high protein. I usually do a warm towel for warmup. I was definitely overtraining and with the smaller size to boot, I have since gone to the large size and cut back to 8 hours a day, before it was about ~14-15 hours a day. Yeah I actually ended up trying as high as 150mg at one point, I haven't taken any in awhile but will be trying again this weekend. I have yet to feel as though I am in need of the Viagra, I have a pretty high tolerance for addictive things as I've learned over the years. At this moment it's more an act of desperation on my part. I recently started taking a "sexual" supplement cocktail that has been showing signs of improvement. Only been on it for about 4 days now so no real effects yet except to say I've seen as much as a 75% EQ without Viagra so hopefully continued use will keep showing improvement.

Where did you grab the IR lamp from? I was actually thinking about getting one to have it on me while I hung, keeping it warm the entire time.

I've actually done my doc visit already and he did a bunch of labs on me. Still waiting to hear back. I have had kind of a low numb headache pretty often, like more so than not. I'm 31. And Mustang, remember... Viagra was actually designed for heart treatment originally

Hey Mustang - Klonopin alone doesn't do anything for sex drive. I think what happens is that it makes me relaxed (like 2 drinks, let's say) - and then sudafed has some strange stimulant properties, aside from treating nasal congestion. My only theory is that when a stimulant is combined with a pill that lowers your inhibitions, it can create a unique state...though it also makes me a little overboard - to the point where I'd do things I'd regret. So, I haven't used that combo in years. Sudafed is also the type of drug (Sympathomimetic) that they inject in your penis when you have a priaprism...so I don't think it helps with erections. It's probably psychological.

Dared3vil, at 31 its hopefully something just transient and minor. Thyroid issues are rare in men, but they do affect sex drive. You'd notice mood changes, coldness, and hair loss too - though it's probably not that. I doubt it's glucose since you work out a lot and are young. If you don't have low energy and poor concentration, I'd be surprised if T was low too... it's strange. Well, hopefully your doc will have some answers.
