I am not judging, we can say the same thing about what we do with PE, surgery included or not. I am 5'7" and in the US am seen as 'short', but while I lived in Mexico I was rather 'tall'.. I guess those experiences will lead the way to better and less risky and less costly methods, I hope. Though I doubt this is new at all, I didn't really ever think it was allowed or practiced for less severe cases. Most novel procedures started that way until they become more usual and the price comes down. It might also invite more interest into something most people wouldnt, probably inviting too further research about other potential methods.
