TOPIC: PMMA current cost with Dr C

Holy shit... that is a $200 price increase across the board from what I was quoted in May. But on a positive note, apparently whatever the price is when you have round 1 is what price category you are locked into. I just made the payment for round 2 yesterday and it was $2100

I did my first round in 2012, and i'm guessing back then was MetaCrill. Anyone could confirm? Looking for R2 in early 2016, prices certainly gone up a bit!

I had my first round at the end of Sept 2015 and my second round in mid Dec 2015. Those number look pretty accurate. Supply and demand. Well worth it.

I talked with Wade about it and he said the main reason for the increase is to not have to charge the patient separately for certain items given. I remember reading that the ESL40 is an extra charge. One guy was given the ESL 40 and was later billed. I got not only the ESL40 included with the price, but all the meds as well.

Also, apparently shipping has increased and they have to charge accordingly. The office is pretty swank, so I'm sure it costs a pretty peso. They told me that they'll be moving to a newly built building in about three years or so, closer to the border. That might increase the price too. Something to think about.

Good medical care from a highly qualified Dr. and quality ingredients are actually really difficult to put a price on. For we whatever the doc charges within reason is on him, it's his practice, he knows the demand and he knows his skill. Either people pay it or they don't. He charges what the market will bear.
For me there is no substitute for experience when it comes to someone working between my legs. I'm willing to pay.

It's all about what the market will bear. It's a business. You're paying for all that expertise and experience. Personally, I don't care how much it cost Dr C. In fact, I'm glad he makes a profit and has a viable business. I'm a happy customer.

Guys will spend 10x that to fix a surgery that went wrong from a cheaper guy and it can takes years to get it correct (if ever). Nothing is a sure thing but I say if you're going to do it then go to the best.

I have been considering Dr. Loria but have now learned of Dr. C in Tijauna and that his procedure with PMMA has permanent results and may add some length. Is this true? And what are the current costs for this procedure? From what I have read on here I can get to the size I want for one third the price of what Dr. loria would charge. Any input would most appreciated.

Absolutely, indiano123 is right. I paid out my ass for a little gain from dr.loria with little gains plus dents and u unevenness. The material moves around also. That is why I'm trying to carefully consider who does my next procedure

Prices not changed much since the ones stated above. Just got my R1 done.

Prices have sky rocketed members like myself spent $1500 per session. You can tell yourself whatever you want but the reason people head to Tijuana for medical treatment is to obtain a bargain, there use to be a few competitors in the local industry but some have went out of business. Now he can capitalize on on his industry nitch.#Greed
