With all due respect, if I were told I could go from Snugger Fit to Magnum XL over 10 years ago, I would have paid a million if I had it in-pocket. Prices on all goods and services have gone up over time, but given the specialization of this procedure, the quality of work these folks perform, and the priceless boost in confidence you can get, you really ought not to nickel & dime with your one & only penis.

And don't get me wrong, I've done whatever I can to bring Seasonal promotions and discounts, and also add more Sponsors to create a healthier competitive environment (and in turn, better value), but if $400 is a deal-breaker, Elective Cosmetic Medicine might not be for you.

The Utmost Package went up by 200 USD from 2023 to 2024 (4,600 to 4,800 USD), and the vast majority of the other services were unchanged, keeping the same price.

Thanks @Skeptical_One for the overarching perspective. I definitely understand where you're coming from. I just wanted to point out the obvious and there's no need to convince me on the cost-benefit analysis. It's been a real plus on my end. Like Sanchez pointed out, maybe it is inflation, but I'm not sure. If so, inflation can also mean greed (as watchdog's have been proving lately that there's been no real justification for the spike in prices for everyday goods), not that I'm accusing AD on it. As a returning customer, it would be great if there's discounts for us guys who help coach others on the process and I'm having some trouble understanding that for 2nd visits and on, we have to choose the utmost package each time we want to go in for another round. Is that the case?

Hello, every returning patient can choose any option in Section 4 of the brochure (Basic, Signature, or Utmost), provided that he sticks to the same filler.
When somebody wants to switch products, we need to assess his case.

If I have HA injected already, can I get Ellanse?

Ideally, HA should be absorbed or diluted before introducing any additional filler. However, if traces of HA are present in the tissues during the new implantation, Ellanse shouldn't cause an adverse reaction.
