I'm just a bit confused on what keeps the PRP in the penis locally and why it wouldn't just dissipate throughout the circulatory system immediately?
Can someone give me a rundown on how this is working SO effectively at a biological level without it just sounding like a brochure? I'll happily pay full price if I can get the advertised gains *and keep them* after going off of the program. I'm also curious about long term usage. If gains can be made progressively and not just top out after the initial six months. An Inch every six months to a year also sounds too good to be true long term. A year or two of this straight? I struggle to imagine the ability to gain multiple inches.

Re: A Fascinating Alternative to Phalloplasty
3 years 1 month ago #1308712680I hold pressure at the base of the penis for 5 minutes after the PRP injection. A Cock ring works just fine. Or sometimes I use a Cunningham clamp (used for incontinence)
I just saw a P-Long patient in my office that finished 14 months ago and he is still maintaining his gains. He wants to come back for more PRP now that he is newly single.

3 years 1 month ago #1308712694I've heard that most providers advise a penis pumpe immpediately after in addition to the Cock ring?
Is the PRP activated with CaCl2?

Is this done?

Re: A Fascinating Alternative to Phalloplasty
3 years 1 month ago #1308712716because the study used 1/2 the amount that is recommended and didn't centrifuge or activate. Apparently dispersal in the P-shot protocol can be achieved with pumping.
It does seem obvious that the amount of platelet injected should be proportional to penis volume though. I wonder if that is a critical factor and part olf the reason some benefit more than others. All in all, it seems like its alot of guesswork at the moment.
