I just finished my nano fat transfer today. I won't be able to tell you anything besides my Dick looks very swollen. I did my surgery with Dr. Shed in Orlando

Just curious, what made you go with the fat transfer and not PMMA ? What did you pay ?

Eddie: Thanks so much. Always love advice.. You are right for sure. I'm just going to listen to the Almi doc near where I live. UK trip prob a long shot but interested in LipiVage technique.

Giunta is in Virginia so he is another option like I said. Morgenstern seems to be the man and his pics of long term successes look good too. His assistant is a little slick but he seems like a decent enough guy. He's a salesman so he has to play things up which is his job. I did call him on that 100% success rate. No way every patient is satisfied and there are no complications. It's just not realistic and truthful. It's natural for there to sometimes be difficulties and complications. Just be transparent. As long as u help me with the complications then we're cool. It seems like they clean up not only their work but many other docs as well.

I hope they have cleaned up FFT but judging from what guys say on here it is mostly PMMA or bust lol! I'll be very careful because my junk works great and can get big Erect just looking for that good Flaccid size. So I'll c how things go.

Thanks again! Peace it!

I paid $4000,-. I decided to go with fat transfer because of its natural substance and my doctor is just around the corner. BTW, I misspell the doctors name. Junaid Syed.
The doctor also made me feel comfortable due to knowledge and experience.

I am sorry but this is just fat transfer, there is nothing special about Nano-fat, it is marketing.
Fat transfer to the penis does not work well. That is why everyone is looking for alternatives on here.

You think but you don't know it's marketing. Seems legit to me. I'll keep looking into it.

Lot's of doctors are using it for penis enhancement, just google it.

It looks messy and manual to me compared to LipiVage. They are centrifuging the fat, it does not look like a process that conserves cell integrity.
Even with the purest fat handled with care, fat revascularisation is arbitrary, it is not predictable. It can all survive together in clusters.

Here Nano fat is equated with micro-fat grafting.

I am certain this is just marketing.

If there is something to it there many great reports and these clinics must be hugely successful by now.

What type of fillers are you thinking of using?

It doesn't seem like anything other than a fat transfer to me. Good luck.

I'm still looking into it so there's no rush.

What do you recommend for permanent 0.5" Girth ? 1 round only.

Oh gotcha. So was thinking of getting the permanent filler with this infamous Dr. C in Mexico.

What i'm curious about is if you get the fillers done when you're Flaccid than how would you have an even thicker Erection ? Like how does the filler extent when Erect ?

Anyone know ?

This site has been going for many years. I find it very interesting that during that time we have been discussing fat transfer techniques and the Dr's performing them. But it isn't until recently that we start hearing about Morganstern as the "most successful FFT practicioner", and his techniques lasting for over 25 years. Also surprising is it's just thrown around here as fact. Do we even have a single patient previous to 3 years ago that had this perfect FFT technique with 100% rate? Logically thinking, if he was so successful, than 8-10 years ago when we were discussing Dr's like Giunta, his name would have come up or we'd have at least 1 guy that went to him? Nope, we do not. Sounds like a well constructed marketing campaign to me. One good aspect is that he is a Urologist, so when it absorbs or becomes fibrotic he can charge you for his services again and do a great job fixing things that don't work. Just my opinion.

I preferred HA because, if something goes wrong or you don't like the result, you can dissolve it.

Nanofat?? This is new, which doctor?
This main issue is already explained above > "Other find half absorbs and half stays, leaving the penis uneven and lumpy feeling. "
It doesn't matter how well the fat is filtered and reinjected, only some of the fat will revascularize, leaving areas where the fat has survived and areas where it hasn't (lumps).
If a fat transfer to the penis was a predictable procedure with positive outcomes, then most would be doing it, rather than using fillers.

Yes, nanofat.

Read: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23783059

It's Dr. Roba in Fairfax, VA. He said what determines evenness is technique when it's being injected and if it's nano fat or still has fibrous structures attached to the fat.

Nice post @wannabhung45. Sounds like you have a lot of decisions to make. I went through the FFT procedure many years ago when it was brand new and the results where disappointing. We are probably on 4th generation FFT at this point so i believe patients are getting better results then they did in the past.

If i could offer some adivice, pick a Doctor that has the knowledge to treat you should any complications arise. Many Doctors who are providing Fillers have very little knowledge of the Penis itself. The worst situation to me is having to search out a Urologist when complications have developed and having to explain why you have a filler in your Dick. I would think twice about going out of the country to have a procedure done because of the distance. Again if everything goes smoothly then it's not a big deal but when things don't go as planned everything becomes more complicated.

I have never been to Dr. Morganstern's office but he is a one stop shop. He has been injecting FFT for over 20 years and is a double board certified Urologist. He understands the inner workings of the penis and is also a surgeon. It doesn't have to be him but look for a doctor with similar credentials. If you live in NY a trip to Atlanta is more feesable then flying to London when your in a panic over unforeseen complications.

It's important that we have a Plan B when we do these procedures. What if it doesn't go well then what do i do? Who would i go to for help? When i did my procedure my Doctor was the only one who did it so there were no so called experts who understood my proceedure. I developed a pain in my shaft a few years ago and it's embarrassing going to a Urologist and explaining that i have fat in my penis.

I don't mean to tell you what to do but just giving you something to think about.
