Only temporary Flaccid gain (probably due to the injection of course). Don't go for P Shot unless you have money to throw around. Try shockwave therapy first as it's cheaper. After that i got sick and had to have an antibiotic and steroid pack and I abandoned the post shot protocol. I had no gains after that. I will say I was VERY bruised after the procedure (one bruise lasted almost a month). I would 100% Save your money. If you want size this won't help. IF you want better EQ manual PE is more beneficial. Only thing I think it's valuable for is healing post procedure like PMMA or FFT. It cost me about $1000 from a local Doctor in Los Angeles. He drew 1 vial of blood, which yielded a full thin syringe, with 4 shots all around it. I experienced a slight fatter penis the day of and a few days later. My first orgasm was very intense the day after the procedure. I did notice some gains after I had followed the protocol of using the pump daily and stretching it as well. However, after 4-6 weeks I stopped the pump and stretching as that is not humanly possible if you have a normal life to maintain that daily routine. After a couple of months I couldn't tell the difference anymore. It led me to believe maybe the pump and stretch exercises are far more important than the shot. Definitely no permanent gain. About a week ago, I decide to go back. The Doc had recommended a shot every 3-4 months but I didn't go back for any more till a year later. This time I asked him for 2 vials. I doubled the first year's volume of growth factors. Frankly, right out the gate I did not gain the same fatness as the first time I did it. Came home to pump and stretch it, and have been doing since. Oddly, I do not see any meaningful difference, and my orgasms have not been any different than lately before the shot. I have been pumping it everyday 20 times a day as instructed and twice as much as last year. I do not see any difference. This was a total waste of money. I don't know why the first time I felt slightly, and now, with more factors I am feeling less. Maybe too soon to tell, and I will come back for an update in a few weeks. I wonder if PRP combined with PMMA as done in Korea is a much more effective route? Has anyone see adverse results with PMMA on long term? By the way, I tried PRP for hair loss, treatments 3 weeks apart, had zero hair growth. I am almost convinced PRP's benefits have been grossly exacerbated in general.
